It’s clean and they had hot water, tea and coffee down stairs, helps when coming in from cold to warm up. It’s close to everything from spas to good bakeries to good restaurants and little eateries. I loved that it had a microwave and mini fridge. If I had some left overs I can heat it up and my drinks can be keep cold.

To be honest I can truly say I don't have nothing negative to say I plan on coming back there again and try the food in the restaurant hopefully if exceed my expectations as well LOL

To be honest I called the hotel and they told me it was $260 and I went online and book the room for 153 didn't expect the place to be as good as it was in exceeded my expectations also we stopped at the mini bar and had a cocktail and the bartender an Italian girl was phenomenal my wife and I left the bar and went back to the room in the highest spirits that bartender is phenomenal and they better never get rid of pho because she is a real people person she's the whole purpose of us having a great time there

There were no kettles or hot drinks in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to get hot water/hot drink. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. I was told they had run out of kettles. My family had to pay for a taxi to the hotel because we arrived through JFK. I did not think that was good to be restrictive to just one airport. They could charge a token fee if the airport is above a particular mileage.

The breakfast was good. There was cooked buffet breakfast . The staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel was centrally located with ease of access to shops, restaurants, metro subway and bus services. it was about 5 minutes to Laguardia airport and there was a shuttle service just to this airport.

While it's possible to reach Manhattan with just one subway line, it's a bit far.

It was old-fashioned yet clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable and affordable for the holiday season. The breakfast was also delicious.

Only stayed one night for airport convenience, didn't experience any negative

check-in was friendly and helpful, Christmas decorations were festive, Italian dinner and restaurant was delicious and hotel breakfast in restaurant was organized and delicious, convenient store / deli right next door was friendly and had what I needed, hotel airport shuttle was prompt and friendly and easy short ride to LaGuardia airport. • The bathroom needs exhaust • That will be good if they can provide electric kettle • They only provide two towels meanwhile I’ve stay for 4 adult so we need to ask every night to get more towels because they only provide two every time they make up the room

What a great experience it was a beautiful hotel. Everybody was very professional and it was so clean and it smelt really nice throughout the hallways and in the main area where the welcome center is, it’s just beautiful and I will be staying there again.

Hotel was a bit confusing as front desk has changed location from one side of the hotel to the other. Walking through a corrider to find the right elevator was okay but a bit confusing.

Good breakfast! Better early in the morning. Waitresses bring fresh tea to the table was a nice touch. The shuttle service to and from the Airport was great!
