The breakfast was hot and on time. Normal breakfast for a hotel. Room was fine except the tempature was hard to control. I didn't have a view from my room other than the highway. However there was a view to look at if you went outside and around the building to the lake

Lobby was spacious and looked nice, breakfast was good, shower was excellent (but at the same hotel a week ago, pressure was weak). Good location near the airport. Room was clean and great view of the p,Abe’s taking off at the airport!

$30 to park every day is a lot for a Hampton inn where a lot of them have free parking, beds are uncomfortable (hard) and pillows not fluffy. Please please upgrade the toilet paper, it was like sand paper and way too thin. Some of the younger front desk staff were not happy to be there and a bit aloof. They should also have a shuttle to the airport. Uber cost almost $50 at night for a two mile ride to the hotel!

The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was convenient. We stayed one night due to power outage.

There were two bugs in our room one on the bed and one on the night stand! Also, the floors were sticky.

No water pressure for shower. Could not take a bath or shower because of water. Totally unacceptable. The room was also exceptionally small.
