To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaAt checkin, no one told be about the pool or the wristbands or anything. No one offered to help me get all my stuff (single mom traveling with baby) onto a cart or lend a hand. In fact, one man even told me to move my stuff out of the way but didn't offer to help. No robe or slippers in the rooms. The ac was super loud. No bathtub.
Shuttle driver Anthony was so helpful and friendly and professional! Give that man a raise! He totally redeemed my stay for me and is the only reason I'm not giving this place a 3 or 4 rating. The woman at the front desk when I checked out was great too. It was about 4am on Sunday but I don't remember her name unfortunately. Super close to the airport but quiet in the rooms except for the loud ac.

2 miles away from Lga airport, parking $35 extra per day, but I found parking in the street within 15 minutes wait time, hotel reminds me of a five star hotel that’s not properly maintained by management, e g. Overgrown trees grass, bathroom shower body loose, bathroom shower tub appears old and unkept, but overall i recommend this hotel. Management get yr act together. It’s still a diamond in the rough
