It's a good price for a hotel in a great location near everything you need in Kadikoy from markets, shops, restaurants, really everything... Room is cozy, nothing too big but you have everything you need... It's few min from ferry station and Havaist station... And the staff is really nice and helpful about everything you need...

I really enjoyed my stay at Haydarpaşa Hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful.. always greeting us with a smile. The property is very clean and I would definitely book again! The location is perfect, close to everything.. the seaside, the bus station and all shops, cafes and restaurants..

The safe in the room was broken. The windows overlooked the courtyard, where some generator was constantly working. It wasn't quiet. Bad soundproofing. The pillow was terrible, lumpy. Smelled a bit of cigarette.

The room was clean. The water was hot. Bed linen and towels were in good condition. The location is excellent, close to everything. The service is great.

Clean and basic accomodation. Nothing fancy but met my needs. Working A/C, perfect shower, house keeping was great, front desk always on point, perfect for a single traveler.

The parrot who is imprisoned inside a cage .. i felt guilty for capturing animals and birds just for the fun of humans

I am glad that we do choose right hotel to stay in Kadikoy area. This hotel close to averything you need. Bus, ferry, groceries, then food. Its there. Bonus is staff at desk. He help us a lot. Very nice guy. When you tired of travel then you meet such a nice guy at your hotel, then it relieving 😊

Cozy room, enough space, big bed, clean nice bathroom . Good staff, professional room service, every day changed towels, slippers without noticing when I was out. I would surely could pick this place to stay next time.

The staff could make an effort, being more friendly and only a couple of them speaking english. The breakfast was not served in the hotel, but you have plenty of cafè and restaurants around the area. The wall are paper thin, you can hear people next to you and if they know how to behave, they will stop noise at certain point. I complained about some noisy guests to the night receptionist, who told me they are top customers and that I have to understand...I don't think this is an appropriate answer, but you cannot really expect much. You can smell cigarettes in the lobby area and I found one cigarette in my room as well.

The hotel is located not far away from the ferry station. The room has been cleaned everyday, with new towels. The bed was quite comfortable. The man at night was nice, but kind of unease when approached.

The beautiful parrot needs to fly and meet other parrots, instead of being in cage all the time.

It would have been ideal if breakfast and an electric water kettle in the room were provided. It is temporary stopped due to Covid safety. There are still many food choices steps away from the hotel and the the staff were always prompt to provide hot water, plates and cutlery in the room when requested.

Excellent location, super clean rooms, central radiator heating, prompt service, and amazing friendly staff at the reception.

I didn't have breakfast. I find this hotel pleasant and every time I am back in town I enjoy their hospitality. Position is excellent whether you are coming from SAW or across the strait from the European side.

It seems cleaners smoked in the room at the time when it was prohibited to smoke there in general

A free cold water in the refrigerator as the gift, it was nice to receive because weather in Istanbul was very hot
