Ottoman Imperial Hotel’s position, right besides Aya Sophia and within short walking distance from most must-see places in the Sultanahmet area is exceptionally convenient for anyone visiting Istanbul. The place is comfortable, clean and well cared for by the staff’s members. Breakfast, served at the care of the in-premises Mathba restaurant, Michelin Awarded, is varied and abundant, with some Turkish specialties along with the usual, and of the highest quality, international stuff. Each morning we’ve been asked if wanted some variation of the Omelette’s menu and with the attentive care of Sergi and Nisa, our plates were always full!🤗 Also Ōzgūr and his other colleagues have been of great help when asked for information about places or routes to go, and even helped us dealing with our transfer or tour guides, to make it easier for us to get best service! Well done, everyone and thanks! If we ever return to Istanbul, which we definitely hope, we’ll stay with you again! Grazie!🤗

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying here for a week during family vacation. We all were completely satisfied 💙 The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the very center near the Blue Mosque. It's also only 10 minutes from the tram stop, from which you can travel to any part of the city. Eminönu stop, where the boats depart, is a 10-minute tram ride or a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are a bit dated, true, but the staff invest any minute to make ur stay here perfect. The service deserves 10 stars, as I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else. They were attentive to all our asks, made tea and coffee in the evening, btw, the Turkish coffee was the best l've ever had. They also helped out with laundry, arranged a transfer, and even gifted us some Turkish coffee. It was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and hearty: fresh bread, orange juice, fruits, various cheeses - incredible. Thank you, Güvan! 🤩

Very delicious food, there were different dishes every morning, an exceptional sea view, a very peaceful and nice location. The rooms at Nova Plaza Pera are a sanctuary of comfort and luxury, each thoughtfully designed to maximize the awe-inspiring vistas of the sea. Whether you're lounging on your private balcony or cozied up in your bed, the panoramic views never fail to inspire a sense of wonder and serenity.

It’s a beautiful property with top of the line facilities and comfort. Ample play areas and activities for the kids. Very hospitable, friendly and courteous staff. It’s secluded from the busy area.

It's very small rooms, not the cleanest it had a bit of a grimy/ dingy vibe, the hotel and the rooms are pretty old and it shows. I got bitten in one room, they kindly moved me to another but was bitten there too.
