The hotel front desk staff seemed very 'indifferent' to helping us several times, along with the bar staff. I'm not sure if this was a training thing or end of season thing. This has nothing to do with the hotel but more about the area. I was extremely surprised to hear about how everyone burns wood in the area as their main source of fuel. We were there in May/early winter and the air quality was so bad our lungs were hurting. It clears up a bit during the day. Again, not the hotel's issue, just something to be aware of if you have breathing issues or even if not.

Great location! There was a manager at breakfast each day that was so helpful with information and was so kind and interesting to talk to. I'm sorry I never got his name. The breakfast was fantastic and location perfect! We had a lovely view of the church and close to bus station. Also, fantastic hair salon right across the street. Carlos Valdez I walked in and they did a beautiful cut and color that day.

Bed was big with lots of pillows. But mattress a little hard. No decent gymnasium; only a couple of machines. Would be better if bigger and with free weights.

Breakfast was excellent. Service was outstanding. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, a real plus.

While I overall enjoyed my experience, I have a couple of suggestions for potential improvements. Firstly, I noticed that the furniture in the rooms is slightly outdated, and I believe a modern touch could significantly enhance the overall appeal. Sprucing up the furnishings would contribute to a more contemporary and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I found it somewhat challenging to locate convenient electric outlets inside the room, making it a bit inconvenient when charging my phone. Secondly, I think it would be a wonderful addition if the hotel could incorporate a pool area or spa facilities. Such amenities would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience, providing a relaxing and enjoyable option for leisure. These enhancements would make the stay even more memorable and appealing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with the standout feature being the exceptionally friendly and kind staff. Their efforts to consistently meet my expectations left a lasting positive impression. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, just a short walk from the town's main square. However, it's worth noting that the return trip involves an uphill walk, so individuals with limited mobility might find it challenging. Personally, I appreciated the proximity to the center while still enjoying a tranquil and quiet atmosphere at night. Upon our early arrival from the airport, we were promptly checked in and pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff exhibited exceptional niceness and politeness throughout our interaction. The room itself was spacious and provided a comfortable setting for our stay. Additionally, the hassle-free and complimentary parking added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.
