Didn’t like the service charges that have been introduced for room service other than for breakfast and for a glass of ice after the first free one. These measures seemed mean and ungracious when in all other ways the efforts of staff and management made us feel welcome and valued.

I liked the delicious breakfasts, the free smiles from the staff, the garden and pool areas, the massages and the personal treatment we received at this is small hotel. We had a room booking mishap. Sri Ratih management went an extra mile to compensate us as best they could. This was greatly appreciated.

The only negative I would say is the doors between our adjacent kids room in the duplex suites, it would be really great to have a door between the two rooms for the younger kids but we still love that both doors open to the little balcony. Also the doors to the bathroom could do with some adjustments as they were quite noisy pulling shut and locking when using the bathroom late at night.

We honestly loved our stay. It was peaceful and the rooms were very comfortable.

We have stayed at Sri Ratih many times over the last few years . We enjoy the authentic Bali feel of the property.. the surrounds and accommodation.. the breakfast is generous and the location is close enough to Ubud to reach by foot but far enough away not to feel crowded.. there are many good restaurants in the area .. the pool is very relaxing if spending time in the resort and the staff is always exceptional

The breakfast could be improved slightly but that is quite a minor thing in my opinion. The location is slightly out of town but it’s very easy to hop on a bike or in a car to get to the centre of Ubud so don’t let that put you off. It was actually quite nice to be slightly out of town as it was so peaceful and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby if needed.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and it is such an idyllic setting. The staff were amazing and the on-site spa was a particular highlight. The pool setting was lovely. I normally get bitten a lot but I didn’t at this accommodation. There was so much attention to detail and our stay was really special!

There's a bit of a hill that's busy with cars and scooters to walk down (and back up) to get into the centre of Ubud from the accommodation. Because there aren't footpaths, it can be quite scary to negotiate, especially when it rains and it's dark.

Everything really. The staff are outstanding, the ladies in the spa are so welcoming and fun to have a conversation with. The restaurant serves really good food and drinks and is nice place to hang out. The street that the accommodation is on has a few convenience stores, clothing shops, cafes and warungs for a meal so you don't have to venture far at all if you want an all inclusive experience. It's probably a good 20 minute walk into Ubud Centre and another 15-20 minutes to get to the Monkey Forest. All very walkable as long as you're not lugging prams, bags or accompanied by small children.

Always some mosquitoes in the bathroom, very annoying ...hehehe Restaurant was always too warm, fans too high up, hardly any wind...lovely decoration but just too warm for us.

Super friendly staff in all areas, from the reception to room cleaner to breakfast, afternoon tea staff ,.. Noted some when checking out (unsure of their name spelling, something like .. Made & Uda , Suteja who enjoyed jokes haha ). Nice lovely garden. 12 minutes walk on a busy road to the centre. Lots of restaurants/warung, cafes in the surroundings. Enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea with some little snacks. Enjoyed the Saturday night traditional music and dance. Hope to see more ;-)) Nice pool too.

A lot of hard wood with edges in the rooms as well as some slightly protruding screws may be a bit dangerous for young kids who like to run and jump around, like ours. Thankfully nothing major happened.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Also our flight was late in the evening and they let us use a room to shower before the trip.

    - staff was very loud when was cleaning neighbouring rooms - nobody cleaned dishes from terrace for 2 days - missed vegetarian options in menu, when I asked to change bacon and other meat with spinach in the breakfast - they did, but it was like for one bite, super small amount, my plate was almost empty when arrived. Wasn't nice to get that - I didn't like the bullying 'funny' note on the laundry basket - 'laundry now or naked tomorrow', doesn't correspond the price of the room

It's a nice place to stay. I liked the swimming pool and the facilities.

    Nothing, couldn’t fault it.

The surroundings and the most friendliest spa team who will go out there way to provide you want you need, I even had a natural skincare lesson, the staff are so helpful. All the attention to detail in the bedrooms including the universal plugs and comfiest king size bed ever! I loved the big bathroom (with pebble walls ) and the way it was so quiet.
