Super friendly staff in all areas, from the reception to room cleaner to breakfast, afternoon tea staff ,.. Noted some when checking out (unsure of their name spelling, something like .. Made & Uda , Suteja who enjoyed jokes haha ). Nice lovely garden. 12 minutes walk on a busy road to the centre. Lots of restaurants/warung, cafes in the surroundings. Enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea with some little snacks. Enjoyed the Saturday night traditional music and dance. Hope to see more ;-)) Nice pool too.

Always some mosquitoes in the bathroom, very annoying ...hehehe Restaurant was always too warm, fans too high up, hardly any wind...lovely decoration but just too warm for us.

Great room size with big bathroom and lots of space, right by the beach too. Breakfast was good, nice coffee and they have oat milk. Great value for money.

Not sure if he was the hotel manager, but one member of staff was always straight on at us to pay for anything and to check out - we arrived at night and the next morning as we were having breakfast, he came over to us asking us to pay as they don’t charge the card you have when you make the booking. We felt he could have waited till after we’d had our food. That night, we ended up getting two bottles of water and two beers from the security guard, the next day the hotel manager came up to us asking us to pay straight away again. We thought they’d just add it to the room (it was about £1.50 total), so we paid when asked. Then, it’s our last day and we’re eating breakfast (around 9.30am) and he comes over to us and asks us our plans, we said we were leaving at 11.30am, he said do we want to check out now then? I said no, we haven’t finished packing and he said we can just leave our cases downstairs instead. So I said no we’re not leaving till 11.30am. He left it then and said okay thank you etc. We then go to check out a bit earlier at 11.20am as our driver came early - he said wait, I need to check your room before you can leave. He then came back and said we were fine to leave. I’m not sure if he had guests before that ran up a bill and didn’t pay and then left the room in a state or something, but we felt a little hounded by this guy and felt a bit accused re checking the room like we were supposed to have done something wrong. I would consider staying again, this staff member was the only put off.

Absolutely nothing. The place is nowhere close to the beach, so it's not Beachfront. False advertising.

There was no water or electricity in the hotel. We were literally waiting for electricity to come back so that we can go to the bathroom and do our business. There's no power backup on site and the water is pumped through electricity, horrible situation to be in. It really ruined our trip. We had to move to another hotel ASAP where they had power backup so that we can at least go to the washrooms. Worst yet, the owner didn't have the courtesy to pick my call and hear out my concerns. She kept declining my calls without any response.

I was on the 8th floor and facing the roadside. In the night, somehow still noisy and still hardly sound from the roads. But the rest was a valuable experience . Love it and recommended hotel. Keep on doing good and better in the future 👏 👌 🙌 👍
