“Booking.com had to reallocate my booking to Highfield Hotel from another I had booked but had closed down when I arrived. Although Highfield may not have been what I would have chosen it proved to be excellent in so many ways. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Room was excellent and very comfortable.”
