Lovely modern room. Large bathroom. Large comfortable bed and a good sized TV with Netflix. Plenty of drawers to unpack your belongings. Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Good food and drink. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return again.

From the outside it doesn't look all that but once inside its very well appointed, rooms are comfortable and not too small, would be nice to have water in the room.

The hotel is two separate buildings about 100 yards apart, they're also having building works on the main building so bare this in mind when booking. A bottle or two of water would be nice touch.

Great location and flat in good condition. It was easy to get the keys from a nearby shop.

- The owner provided me with the check-in information only 30 minutes before my arrival, despite my attempts to contact them for a day prior. - Communication with the owner appeared unprofessional. They were unsure of the flat I was assigned to, and their messages lacked clarity. - The refund of the £200 deposit took three weeks instead of the agreed-upon 10 days. I had to keep chasing in order to receive it.

Room could of been cleaner, scrambled egg were the worse I’ve ever tasted. Paying £5 for parking unless you book directly with the hotel, this was not given in the booking instructions.
