“Booked a family room with new baby 2 weeks old and put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned 🧹 someone’s breathing marks and splutters on mirror 🪞 hadn’t been cleaned at all smell of room was terrible booked in for dinner and paid well over the price this is no four star hotel at all no standards of cooking got my breakfast in the morning my partner had human hair on her toast and we sent food back prior to this and asked for toast manager was roof and was shouting leave my hotel only to realise we were guests I was shocked at the service and staff manners wouldn’t recommend this at all”
