Finca Son Guardiola is perfect place to stays when you are at Majorca. Beautiful, quite and peaceful landscape and the best host.

Breakfast was too late, from 9-10, and then you are late on the beach and no sunbeds available. The room could have been cleaner, I found some cobwebs and dust. The bathroom needs some renovation.

The property is in a middle of nowhere, thus very quiet(with the exception of the rooster/cockerel that crows since 4-5 in the morning) and is reachable only by car. No problem with parking. Because we had a very early morning flight, the owner offered us a packed breakfast.

The property was beautiful! A lovely authentic Spanish experience. Close to a town that had nice restaurants and groceries. The pool area was great and Alberto’s breakfast was a highlight!!!

We wish the public transport would be more frequent as we didn't rent a car and the homestay is in a small village next to city Palma. I would therefore recommend you to rent a car if you want to stay in this homestay

I love the whole infrastructure of the homestay and the swimming pool. The owners of the homestay are an old couple which were super helpful and dearing. We got served a nice breakfast in a beautiful Mediterranean view and in nice summer breeze. When we didn't figure out how to travel to the beach as it's quite far from the homestay and there was no bus available, the owner gave us a free ride with her cute car ^^. We really appreciate it!!!!! Everything is too perfect for a trip!!!

This is an inconvenient place for travelers [like myself this time] without a car. Taxi service in this area is hit an miss and it is quite possible that you could have a hard time getting to the place from elsewhere [the owners were good about getting me a taxi from there place]

This is a very nice, clean, and quiet place in the southern part of Mallorca. The people were very friendly and helpful and I slept well there. The pool was good sized, but perhaps the water was a little cool — this is probably because I was there in early June.

I didnt mind this at all, but just a note for those who are not country people, do not come here if you dont like the sound of the country, IE Cockerell .

This charming Finca is set in the country, just as it should be. It is a beautiful setting which is great for a romantic get away. Breakfast is also a very very good spannish breakfast. With Ample parking and friendly traditional spannish hosts

Furniture and kitchen equipment definitely had their best days long time ago, need to be renewed, not really up to the expected standard for this price. Don’t get surprized to get a different room/appartment than booked although we were happy with the change. Wifi is only working in theory but it didn’t bother us much since we were on holidays. Very poor mobile network, in practice not working, but this is nothing the owners could do about it.

Great pool, children loved it. Very nice pool area, perfect for taking a good nap during the day. Very quiet place, quite close to Llucmajor. Fantastic breakfasts, serving every day a different set of sandwiches and fruits, eggs, cake, great coffe. This old house has definitely its own charm although it is really very old. Friendly owners.
