Maybe it needs a bit more of a personal touch even coffee and some milk etc do u cud make a drink on arrival ...also information about how to get around on trains buses etc

The bathroom it’s old, rusty and the water of the toilet won’t stop running, it’s damage. There were bugs in the room, and the bed it’s old and not too comfortable

It was difficult to find and check in was a complicated process. Our room was just above a noisy street that interrupted our sleep.

Location was convenient for visiting the sites at the Vatican.

Every single time we opened a window insects came inside. They were small insects but it still upset us it was not nice. I'd advice putting on a fly screen or something because we couldn't open the windows to change the air.

The location was very close to the subway and the shower was quick to change temperature.

We didn't like the stay,everything was dirty and dusty. The communication with the owner was Minimum and Not pleasent to be honest,we had to pay the tax 24€ because we were late ,then we had to pay for the parking even though it Said on the site that this stay includes parking and I have Said that we are driving there ,and when my husband asked him again when we arrived, where can we park ,He was like ,,oh so you are with a car ?"... We were late because of the Traffic and we even Said that to him before 00:00 o 'clock ,He even Said that He was gonna cancel our stay,then later on when we spoke on the Phone He Said the best Thing He can do is 10 o'clock in the morning ,and that we should be "Grateful" for what He is doing for us . After he Said that, we were actually thinking about canceling it ,but we were to tired so we went along with the Deal. He didn't even Show Up when we arrived in the morning and He Said that we meet there at 10 o' clock,we waited For him ,Texted him from 10 o'clock nothing ... Then finnaly at somewhere around 10:30 we called him again and He answered so we can move Forward with the Check in finnaly Entering the room. So that's basicly it ,there were more situations that were Bad but then I would spend the whole Day writing this review. One of the worst experiences ever .

I didnt like the beds were absolutely uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, the host was unkind, the subway makes it feels like you are always trembling. Worst experience ever.

I'm wondering where to start... First of all DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION! Before the trip they don't replay on any message on booking, than i called the owner or manager, he was so rude, unpolite and very arrogant, somehow we made a confirmation for check in 10:30. When we arrived in front of the building, we waited 1 hour and no one came, although he was not answering the phone... so we called him from Italian number he answered and he started shouting "what you want?!" "Go now at the door call me from you number, if you are not there go sleep wherever you want and hang-up" We did how he said.. finaly he open the door by phone.. and the cleaning lady was upstairs..(no english) she give us the keys and when we saw the room.. no tiny coresponding with pictures, everything was old and dusty.. no light, no air.. bed were so uncomfortable.. and not ever cleaned, only bed sheets and towels were new.. Noice from everywhere, you can hear all other room when they speak, go to toilet, alarm's. People all day and night are knocking and ringning the bell, so you can't sleeep.

There was no presence at the reception. Many times bells were ringing at the night and in one case my wife had to open the door for other guests!!! The "breakfast" was only a corissent and a hot drink (we had to pay extra for various hot drinks) No breakfast was available at the last day No shampoo was in the bathroom The rooms were not cleaned (except of making the bed and replacing some towels) It is not a real hotel (we were misled)!!!

I was asked to select a check in time and I selected between 10-11am. The person didn't show up till 11:30am and room was not even cleaned. The day we left, check out was at 11am and someone came knocking on the door at 10am. Cleanliness was not in detailed. Shower door flimsy, shower floor moves its like you are surfing. Everything stained in bathroom.

Location was central but apart from that I was not impressed at all. Simple. A lot things that were listed in room were not there.

Do not take money for such a service that no one would even want to get for free. We announced our delay in advance, but there was no response. My 7 months pregnant wife and I waited at the door in the middle of the night, couldn't get in, the call was not answered - the neighbor also saw and tried to help us. The next morning we went back to see with our own eyes such an accommodation provider, and we found a host who smelled of a hangover. There were only accusations and justifications with aggressive nudge. We were threatened by the content that he wouldn't care. My Italian travels have been all greats and I'm not a whiner type but this is my first and hopefully last such a nasty experience.

MANAGER CANCELLED OUR BOOKING WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN. WE SPENT THE NIGHT HOMELESS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND HE WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE ON THE PHONE.

DO NOT BOOK! We arrived on time for check in, the manager would not let us into the building. Be demanded I call him (being from another country we did not have SIM cards) so I used my taxi drivers phone to call and say we arrived. The manager SCREAMED at me on the phone, asked if I understood English (I am Australian) and then cancelled our booking at 11:45pm at night as we were about to check in. He left us with no accommodation in Rome overnight and we had to stay awake at the airport as it was the only safe place open at that time of night. The manager stated he would provide me with a full refund upon cancelling the hotel on us and he has not done this. Dodgy area too. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE. The manager was highly verbally abusive, dangerous & frightening.

The location it's great, just in front of the metro station Cipro, which connects to the city center, and it was very close to the Vatican city, just a few minutes walk. The staff has been very responsive and always willing to help you. The room was big and had a nice comfy bed. The cleanliness of the room also has great. Summarizing I totally recommend this place to stay in Rome and will be for sure one option to take into consideration on future trips to the city.
