The hotel is located on a quiet street near the old city and lots of attractions can be reached by foot. There is also a tram station nearby. The breakfast is very good and includes various options - salty and sweet, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh fruits. The room was clean and good value for money. The landlords were really kind and always ready to help, we felt welcomed and a part of the family. They helped us book a nice experience for a good price including a Turkish night show on a boat and traditional food, pick up from hotel.

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying here for a week during family vacation. We all were completely satisfied 💙 The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the very center near the Blue Mosque. It's also only 10 minutes from the tram stop, from which you can travel to any part of the city. Eminönu stop, where the boats depart, is a 10-minute tram ride or a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are a bit dated, true, but the staff invest any minute to make ur stay here perfect. The service deserves 10 stars, as I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else. They were attentive to all our asks, made tea and coffee in the evening, btw, the Turkish coffee was the best l've ever had. They also helped out with laundry, arranged a transfer, and even gifted us some Turkish coffee. It was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and hearty: fresh bread, orange juice, fruits, various cheeses - incredible. Thank you, Güvan! 🤩

Maybe I expected the bed sheets to be just a bit cleaner but not a big deal for me specifically.

The location is top-notch - just a 5-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square. The staff are exceptionally welcome, polite, kind and friendly people. The breakfast was decent and could get you full quite easily. When I go to Istanbul again, I will try to find a room at this hotel once again.

The internet was a it choppy at times. Also the pipes smelled in the bathroom, I know it is a bit out of control but maybe get some plugs to use to cover the drains so the smell does not get in. Also it is a bit hidden in terms of location but when you figure it out, it is not so bad.

The breakfast was wonderful and quite hearty. Overall the attention from the owner was exceptional and really went above and beyond. I only had wish I reached out earlier so bear that in mind when arranging airport pick up. Central location and clean rooms.

For staying a couple of days it’s perfect hotel. You would not find better quality for that price. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good. In room you’ll find nothing special but it was clean and everything necessary you can find there. The late check in is not a problem, and for early check out you can ask for a take away breakfast. The staff will prepare for you sandwiches and fresh juice. It was very nice.

It is an amazing property with amazing hosts. For the price that they are offering they have almost everything in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is very nice. They do have nice breakfast which is same every day but if you’re for only 2-3 nights it’s ok. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. They helped us with everything. Thank you!!!

Very friendly personnel, perfect location and value for money option! Especially big thanks to Mr Faruk in the reception for all his assistance about the places to visit and places for shopping and big thanks to the beautiful lady who made our breakfasts every morning (Abla eline saglik!). Because of her, we all gained some weight during our stay over there..:) Overall a very friendly place at the heart of Istanbul!

Everything was quite good. Service is wonderfully, room is a little bit worned but still very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Placement is perfect for getting to the main sights and to the tramway stop.

Everything was great, the staff was welcoming and helpfull, the rooms were very clean and had everything you need. Very close to the Blue Mosque, you can walk to all the main sights. Breakfast was good, with fresh pancakes every morning. Recommend 10/10!

A little bit hard to find the place, but this is nothing. Istanbul’s streets are very narrow and you need to get used to it. P.S I would like to recommend them sometimes change the breakfast. It was good, but eating the same for almost a week is kind of “boring”

As for many travelers for us the most important issue is that place where we stay to be clean and comfortable. Room in this hotel was sparkling clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels were perfectly cleen and smell fresh. Bed was very comfy. The room was well equped with all necessary electric equipments . All necessary higienic products were provided. Meal - they serve very homy brekfast. Tough the menu've been the same every morning, food was more then enough. We especially fell in love with panckakes made by Mrs. Dako :) Staf - they all are just amazing. Everyone from owner to ordinar staff members are ready to solve all your issues , provide all necassary information, help with excursions and etc. They helped us with organizing BD party on the boat where we spent great time. The place- hotel is in the very center if the city, close to main attentions. Also the street where the hotel is located is very picturesque, narrow with tiny old and colorful buildings. Place is very quiet and safe. As for conclusion, nice hotel with friendly stuff and family atmosphere , great choice for budget stay in Istambul
