Nestled among the scenic hills of Marin County, the Best Western Novato Oaks Inn is ideal for all travelers. Safe well-lit parking lot, clean updated rooms with quality construction, good wifi, safe location and hotel for single woman traveler. Breakfast buffet had good options, there was an outdoor pool, a reading nook with books to borrow, and computers for printing out boarding pass. This was nicer than a usual Best Western in my opinion. Easy on-off to 101. Good pillows, good room temp, good bed! Very pleased. Nice sized fridge in the room as well.

What a wonderful hotel - from the warm welcome on arrival to every detail of the stay. Super comfortable rooms (we had 4); breakfast delivered to your door but on a tray so you could head up to the deck overlooking the Bay, Alcatraz and San Francisco beyond. The front desk staff were all helpful and friendly but we have to give a big Shout Out for Tom who went out of his way to make us welcome and help us with restaurant ideas, parking etc.

Located within 1.1 miles of Schoonmaker Beach and 5.5 miles of Golden Gate Bridge, The Gables Inn Sausalito provides rooms in Sausalito. Everything! I had a king room with a balcony which was so beautiful (I didn’t realise it was a shared balcony though but luckily there was no one staying in the adjoining room so I had it al to myself). The sunrise and sunset from the room was so beautiful, definitely a highlight to see and hear the ocean from bed. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely come back here again.

This all-suite Corte Madera hotel features an outdoor, 10-person whirlpool, and suites with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The Golden Gate Bridge is a 15-minute drive away. We stay here because of the spacious suites, pool and proximity to great food.

Located on 5 acres, this Corte Madera hotel serves a deluxe breakfast buffet and offers a seasonal outdoor pool, putting green and rooms with flat-screen TVs. The Golden Gate Bridge is 9 miles away. Booked here because original hotel was dire. We arrived 5hrs before normal check in time and reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and found us a suitable room. The room was more expensive than our original room but we didn't care. It was well worth it and saved our stay in San Francisco.
