NOHGA HOTEL KIYOMIZU KYOTO ligt op 14 minuten lopen van Kiyomizu-dera, en biedt een 5-sterrenaccommodatie in Kyoto en heeft een fitnesscentrum, een restaurant en een bar. Lovely stylish hotel and very friendly staff, loved the bakery and rooftop bar. Amazing.

Hotel Alza Kyoto is bekroond met 2 paviljoens door de Michelin-gids 2020 en ligt in de buurt van de rivier de Kamo en in de wijk Gion, op 2 minuten wandelen van het station Sanjo. Great location, room service breakfast was wonderful.

Waka Heian Shirakawa Hotel is gelegen in Kyoto, op 6 minuten lopen van Shorenin-tempel, en biedt uitzicht op de stad. Alles super bereikbaar, goed hotel, rustige buurt. Perfect.

Miru Kyoto Gion is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en ligt op 3 minuten lopen van station Gion Shijo, 1,2 km van Shorenin-tempel en 1,9 km van Heian-schrijn. Details - I like the fact that the room was equipped with an oven that allows patrons to have their cold food heated up. I came during winter in Feb 24 and I reached the hotel late at night with my cold bento. It was lovely to just see an oven in my room. The room was also equipped with a rag that has a warm rod where it warms up your hung clothes ensuring you put on warm clothes in this winter. Also, the air purifier is switched on 24/7 for you and the water is changed by the hotel staff during room service. Unlike some hotels, to switch on the purifier, I will have to also maintained it on my own. Overall, out of the 3 hotels I stayed in Japan for 2 weeks, this hotel definitely left me with great impression in terms of the consideration taken to a patron's needs. The room was superbly clean especially the carpet, I did not spot dust at corners that was hard to reach. Toilet was neatly designed with the shower room separated from the dry area. Location - Walking distance to subways and the central. You can also walk to Yasaka Shrine =) Food - There is a tablet in the room that has recommendations to delicious food nearby and I tried this place that is about 300m walk to have really good Gyoza, ginger soup, potato salad and rice. I went there on a winter, rainy night and it was so good to have this meal.

Location is unbeatable, walkable near Gion, near bus stops. The rooms are huge and clean, its modern and new. Breakfast too is delicious. The sauna and tub in our room is a plus! Enjoyed the big tv, and the AI bedside device. Free Amenities are best perks too

West Japan Kyoto Kiyomizu is gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en biedt gratis WiFi en kamers met 1 ster. Great place to stay in Kyoto. The bedroom was big for Japanese standards, with a built-in wardrobe, a comfy bed and a big bathroom. Very quiet. Extremely close to Gion and to Kiyomizu-dera, and within a few meters from a very convenient bus stop. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Hotel Legasta Kyoto Higashiyama Sanjo is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en is gelegen op 7 minuten lopen van Shorenin-tempel, 1,2 km van Heian-schrijn en 13 minuten... Heel erg mooie kamer met modern Japans inrichting, zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, heerlijk bed, goede badkamer, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, mooie wijken (o.a. Gion) op loopafstand, zeer dicht bij metro en treinstation, koffietentjes in de buurt, restaurants in de buurt. Goede uitvalsbasis om de mooiste stad van Japan en omgeving te verkennen. Ik wilde drie nachten blijven, het zijn er zes geworden!

Rinn Gion Kenninji Villa is goed gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en is gelegen op 13 minuten lopen van Samurai Kembu Kyoto, 1,5 km van Shorenin-tempel en 1,7 km van Kyoto... to travel through the dark night from busy Osaka and arrive in Kyoto Gion district to helpful staff and a spacious, immaculate room with lovely beds and impressive bathroom is the best way to start a holiday. Then awake to find everything on your doorstep, temple, food, subway entry, geishas walking to work... and of course vending machines with everything needed.

Rinn Gion Yasaka is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en ligt op 12 minuten lopen van station Gion Shijo, 1,5 km van tempel Sanjusangen-do en 18 minuten lopen van... Beds were comfortable, room was spacious & staff were very friendly and helped us book a dinner reservation. Nespresso in the room was appreciated.
