There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything was great. Our hosts were very nice. There were beach towels and spades for the hot water beach available, and there were a couple of margaritas waiting for us upon arrival. The room was great and bed was super comfortable. I can’t recommend enough. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Hahei. Thank you!

Having arrived early and soaking wet, Julie met and walked me to her house 4 hours early! She was so welcoming, and as it was her house, I was glad she was there, so I knew where things were, and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. We even enjoyed a film together. Whilst it did rain, Julie was the ray of sunshine for me on this trip

Cathedral Cove is 3.3 km from the holiday home. Absolutely darling modern house in a perfect location for Hahei Beach, Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove. This little home is modern and cozy with exceptionally well stocked amenities. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Very attentive, let us park in their garage, cooked us a fabulous breakfast each day on the oceanfront balcony, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. You have a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entry but you also have access to their living room, kitchen, and oceanfront balcony. The house is walking distance (0.1-0.2 miles) from downtown Whitianga's restaurants and wharf. Heather and Don also gave us a bottle of Chardonnay, fruit, and snacks and the room is stocked with all kinds of things you might need but have forgotten. They even let us borrow their shovels to go to Hot Water Beach and dig to the underground hot water springs, saving us from having to rent.
