Less than a minute's walk to the beach, relax and unwind in our retro mid-century holiday home, Sybil's Place. Whitianga town centre, Wharf, Ferry, Boat Ramp and The Lost Spring thermal pools are all just a 5 minute walk away - forget the car and have more time to enjoy paradise! The entire house sleeps up to 10 people - perfect for families and large groups. Upstairs is a spacious two bedroom home (sleeps six) and below is a separate two bedroom self-contained flat (sleeps 4). Set on sheltered spacious fully-fenced grounds, plenty of space for off-street parking, boat parking, alfresco dining and outdoor activities. Free Wifi, gas hot water, hot outdoor shower, kayaks, BBQ, heat pump, outdoor furniture. The house and flat have been recently renovated, modernised and insulated, but in keeping with the original retro Sybil's bachy look and feel. Use the house, or the flat or both, to suit your needs. Call to discuss. Regardless of which option you choose, you will have sole occupancy of the entire property. Linen and Cleaning services are included. For Xmas - New Year Peak period, please ask a question online, we are looking for responsible family groups.
I've lived in Whitianga for 20 years - working and raising a family in this small coastal paradise. As a host, I'll leave you to holiday in peace but I'm around if you need any assistance. With sound knowledge of the Coromandel Peninsula, I'm here if you need day trip advice or some local tips and tricks - please don't hesitate to ask. We want you to have the best stay possible.
Enjoy the coastal paradise Whitianga has to offer. Buffalo Beach, Wharf & Ferry are all within 5 minutes walk. Soak in at The Lost Spring, natural geothermal hot pools just a ten minute walk away. Cooks Beach, Hahei and Hot Water Beach make for great day trips, as well as Kuaotunu, Otama Beach, Opito, Whangapoua and New Chums Beach. Swimming, diving, fishing, boat tours all nearby. Restaurants, bars and cafes, cinema, mini golf.
