Location is perfect. The room was tidy and comfortable. A great price for a private, air conditioned and in-suite bathroom. Breakfast was good. Friendly owner. For our needs it was simple and great!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo is a recently renovated apartment situated in Popoyo, a few steps from Popoyo Beach. I cannot describe how much I loved this place; I was made to feel welcome and at home from the minute I arrived and so much care and thought has clearly been put into the casa. The communal spaces and garden are beautiful and spotlessly clean and I loved all the little details like your own space in the fridge and that you can buy/order in groceries and drinks. Location was super quiet and close to the beach and it was really hard to leave this little bit of heaven!

Located in Popoyo, Mola Mola Surf Popoyo offers beachfront accommodation 70 metres from Popoyo Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. We had an amazing time at Mola Mola. This charming place is in front of the beach, on the main Street of Guasacate, close to the restaurants and supermarket. The room is very quiet, spacious and well furnished with AC, a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Wifi in our room was well working. There is adorable 3 cats on the property and they are always looking for strokes :) The kitchen is perfect if you want to cook for yourself with lots of kitchen tools. Rafa the owner is a nice human, always willing to help and with some good advices if you want to surf or discover the area. Marisol who is working here is also very nice. You can also rent motorcycles there. So we will definitely come back at Mola Mola and surf the amazing waves of Popoyo. Thanks Rafa and the cats :)

The host helped us a lot. When we came we did not have any food with us, he lent us his scooter for free to go get some food in town. We could also store our baggage when exploring the island for a few days. Great location with a nice vibe. Would come again.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.... The cabin was great and the service was excellent. We ate a breakfast there and all our dinners and had a choice of what we Would like. We had a variety and everything was excellent. Beautiful location and loved being able to swim in the lake at the end of the garden. We booked a kayak tour and a taxi on our way from the ferry to San Juan del Sur also and the driver was waiting when we disembarked. So helpful and welcoming at Rosa’s and we would tell anyone to head there if asked for a recommendation.
