This is a fantastic place, especially if you have ever wanted to stay in a peaceful, beautiful Portuguese village. The owners have perfectly refurbished several old houses with modern conveniences for a very comfortable stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heart-beat.

Very clean, easy to locate & check-in as they respond to your msg quickly. Location from & back to the Portuguese Camino was perfect. Its a 2 bedroom house so the cost was split. Also having all that you need (kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc..) after a long days walk & early start makes all the difference.

The location was great- near the station, quiet and with a phenomenal view from the garden. We were made very welcome by our host who had provided some food items and did our washing. She was very friendly and helpful. Being able to relax in the lovely garden and pool was very special. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

I loved everything about this stay, so much so that I extended my stay and then came back for two more days after exploring another area for a day. Marília is a wonderful host, and she delivers a beautiful breakfast basket every morning, filled with coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and home baked goodies. The space was perfect for me, with a comfortable, firm bed, fabulous shower, super fast WiFi, a day bed that doubles as a couch, and a big table for writing/working. I didn't use the kitchen much, because there were excellent vegetarian options in Caminha (Cantina do Bem and Jeni's Diner). I will definitely be back! Thank you Marília! There a few things you can't tell from the photos: - The ceiling on the ground floor is relatively low. Tall people will have to watch the clearance. - Access to the spacious upstairs bedroom is by ladder rather than by stairs. I found it easy to navigate, but it could be difficult if you have mobility challenges. - The apartment is accessed by two sets of uneven stone steps. Again, it could be challenging if you're not fully mobile.

Chalet Villas Gerês ligger i Geres i en historisk bygning, 700 m fra Geres Thermal Spa. Det er en nyrenoveret villa med udendørs swimmingpool og have. Loved this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect. Our host was helpful, polite and super friendly. She showed us around the property, and made sure we had everything that we needed. She really wanted us to enjoy it as much as possible. We loved being able to relax on the porch and have leisurely breakfasts outside in the mornings. Great. Great. Great location. Oh, and they have ample parking.
