This is a great place to stay for when you want to have your own private quiet space (and a bit more space than a typical hotel room), but still want to be cared for by hotel-like staff. We landed on this place because I wanted to stay in a typical Ryokan, but my husband wanted his own bathroom. It was the best stay of our Japan trip out of 3 hotels that were all far above average. It feels very secluded and private, there are around 10 apartments in total and everyone has their own entrance. There's a coin washing machine as well. There is a small breakfast buffet with really great coffee and they provide some free snacks during the day as well I believe. All in all it feels really kind and caring.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and slippers. Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. The accommodation is non-smoking. A very good choice for family with 5 ppl. Easy to reach by metro and bus, quite neighborhood. definitely recommend.

The location is excellent, easy access to Ninezaka, the famous area for all souvenir shopping. The property is clean and the staff are super helpful!!!

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Extremely clean, quiet and convenient, and it is right in the centre of the city! Very good restaurants and a few convenience stores are nearby. We also visited Shibori artcraft museum a few blocks away and had a wonderful experience making Shibori scarf.

Very clean and they came to clean every 2 days. complimentary green tea with biscuit. Location close to Karasuma Oike station with lots of aminities nearby.
