The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

It is no surprise, as the Owners' house and all area nearby look well-kept same way, at least from outside. This house can be a role model for any rented place, how it should be prepared and maintained. We would give 11 of 10 if possible.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom clean and comfortable. This is a very nice and quite retreat. I love the little porch were you can sit and enjoy the view on the coastal landscape. The staff is super kind and helpful. I would definitely come back either for short or long stay. Internet connection works very well.
