The room and everything was great. It has its own style and it's very cool. It was located in the quite area even it's very close to the Lindos city center. The balcony was wonderful for staying calm at night with a view of Acropolis. In the morning, sun is rising right in front of you. Maria is very helpful, she even asked assistance for luggages. George was welcomed us at the room. He's also so kind. He gave us some local tips that made our stay smooth. The facilities in the room was impressive. Coffee machine, toast machine, a bluetooth speaker, TV, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Perfectly located on the island's main road, Kolymbia Village is a 10 minute walk away from the next supermarket and an amazing taverna (Taverna Tsambikos - definitely worth a visit, because sooo good!). Every villa comes with sufficient space to park cars and a private pool. While some villas get direct sunlight half the day, others are sunny almost all day. We got an upgrade, since many villas were unoccupied and enjoyed our stay at a 2-bedroom-villa so much, we decided to extend. The interior was clean, bright and the kitchen was equipped with enough amenities to cook and clean. Every villa was even provided with a grill and coals for a barbecue. Our villa had a terrace with a pool facing the sun and a huge balcony with a table and chairs with a view over Kolymbia and even the sea from a distance. The Wi-Fi connection was solid, fast and free of charge, only a bit spotty on the terrace. Marco and Sophia were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. All in all, absolutely recommendable stay, especially if you want your peace and quiet and want to provide for yourself, or for a group of friends. A vehicle (bicycle, scooter, car) to get around is a must!

Situated 300 metres from the beach of Kolympia in Rhodes, 12 Islands is a complex of spacious villas. As soon as we entered the villa, all of our reactions was 'WOW'. It was so much more than we had hoped. It was very clean, extremely well equipped and breakfast was brought to us every morning.The owner and all of his staff, from cleaners to the pool men were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first time that we had brought our boys abroad on holiday (they are 7/14 & 19) and this villa made it amazing..........it will be hard to top in the future and hopefully we will be back.

Εxcellent 5-star space, everything is spotlessly clean, brand new, perfectly decorated, with private parking right outside the house. It is ideal for couples. It combines the insular Greek character with minimal bohemian touches. I love it. You honestly won't want to leave here. I think that the photos do not fully capture its beauty. With a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The experience of lying under the shade of the trees, being cooled by the Aegean breeze, listening to the stream from the springs and the mini-waterfalls that run a few meters away from the house, as well as the aromas emanating from the wonderful plants.... invaluable. I felt like I was in heaven. The outdoor shower is dreamlike. Antonia, on the other hand, was our angel. Always available to help us and solve our questions. Easily accessible. The location is convenient to explore the whole island. You will never have to drive more than an hour to be where you want to be. Overall, I'd say it's one of the best places we've stayed in Greece in over 30 visits. This place is the reason to visit Rhodes again.
