The rooms were small, but the service more than made up for it. I wish that I had booked more nights there. Ms. Lucy was the highlight of this location. Her customer service was far beyond all the others that I've experienced in all my travels. She handles that hotel like she owns it. Even when I wasn't staying there, she took great care of my traveling needs. I'll stay there every time I come back to the old quarter of She still working there. Thank you for everything Ms. Lucy.

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.

We stayed there for four nights at the end of our trip in Vietnam. The staff is amazing, they were very helpful. I lost my wallet after we checked out and they put a lot of effort in finding it. Very good location, you can walk to all the interesting places on foot. Last but not least: the beds were comfy. We were very happy
