We stayed 2 days and everything was perfect. We had booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and even though our flight arrived at 11 p.m., Tina followed up to make sure the taxi would be at the meeting point. When we arrived, there was someone to welcome us even though it was past midnight, we had talked about wanting SIM cards and the next morning the cards were there for us and they even replaced the cards for us and made sure everything was working well. Lunch was excellent with several choices and the bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and a great location. They organized our transport to Sapa and even prepared lunch for us on the road, taking the time to come and greet us outside. We really felt that they were there for us, it was very reassuring. Extremely kind and very welcoming people. I highly recommend. Thank you all

Hotel is located next to the lake and in the middle of life in the city. But very quiet area and very quiet rooms. The breakfast area has a wonderfull view and good choice of food and fruits. Very kind staff and truly quality stay. We could even leave lagguage in hotel for few days to travel light for few days tour. Very helpfull and very kind. Clean, quiet, good bed and nice room.

It is located in the old town, which has everything! Very close to the night market, water puppet show, and some of the best food places in Hanoi. The breakfast menu is a la carte and tastes very good! The bed was comfy and I had hot water in the shower the whole day. Now for the best part, the staff! Lucy, Tony and Dat did such a good job to make me feel at home, and also helping me with a lot of planning and suggestions for a first time visitor to Vietnam. I actually ended up extending two nights here, just because it was so good.

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.

Elegant, classic with modern luxury - high-speed internet, powerful shower, big TV, etc The quality of the furnishing and decor are extremely well done - stylish and pristine - and the service is impeccable. I was also touched by being given water (some hotels could be a little stingy with gratuities) and the personalized attention.
