Amazing place, well equiped, exceptional breakfast but the best thing on this hotel is the mountain loving staff. Everything was perfect. One of the best stays ever. The comfort was better than a 5* hotel. All appliances, furnishing and materials were highest quality. We felt like home, just in a better place - peaceful countryside still close to the slopes. Falling asleep listening to the nearby stream, waking up with singing birds and sunshine. Fresh bread delivered every morning to our door. Plus free access to very good saunas. It couldn't have been better.

Simone is an exceptional host and a very kind person. We've stayed in several different ski resorts in all different levels, and our experience with Simone was one of the best. The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.

Beautiful, modern hotel, located in the very center of Kaprun. Its location is perfect for activities in and outside Kaprun, such as the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster, Tauern Spa, Kaprun Dam, Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and Klammsee. The hotel is easily accessible, parking is available, restaurants and coffee places around as well as sport and outdoor stores. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We were offered the Zell Am See card for the entire stay as well as separate daily entrance card to the Tauern spa. Our room was equipped with all the necessaries, faced the river with a beautiful view. Room and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with much variety to choose from. A high standard hotel we'll definitely look forward returning to.
