If we had a vacation hero it would be Ivan, the manager of the property. He went out of his way on several occasions to help us with some logistical challenges we were having. We cannot thank him enough for the help he provided. In regard to the actual property, the property was immaculate and conveniently located in the beautiful historic city center. Very comfortable near some great restaurants. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

The apartment was really comfortable and family friendly, the kitchen was complete with all needed tools. Everything clean and an amazing view from the appartment. The appartment is located in a hill, so it was important to us to have a car since we were with 2 small kids. And it was good that they have a place to park the car also. In Primosten is quite small and you need to pay for parking. Vesna was really sweet with my family and principally with my kids. And my kids really enjoyed the tortoises that they have in the smal garden. The complete facility is really nice, they have a kitchen outside and also a beautifull small garden. I really recommend if you are looking for comfort and rest.

In every detail, this was an excellent stay and we felt very welcome in the apartment. Check-in was very smooth as the owner Anna came personally to welcome us to the parking lot when we arrived! The apartment was already preheated and felt very warm. There we sufficient heaters, we even switched them off as it was too warm. This is extremely important, not all apartments in Croatia are built to be heated properly in winter. Then it was just a pleasure with beautiful surprises in every detail. I don't want to spoil the experience so I would just mention perfectly equipped kitchen, including salt, peppers, olive oil, tea, coffee, even butter and marmalade. And there was an ice ready made in the fridge! Add dishwasher including plenty of tablets, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of towels.. I haven't noticed anything that we would miss. You will leverage this as 90% of premises are closed in Primošten in winter. And the best thing is the view. Apartment is right on the beach with a promenade, so our children took scooters and we went for a walk to the beautiful center of Primošten. It was completely empty, no crowds, no tourists. We met only locals. It was a beautiful experience. If you prefer more social life, you can travel to cities Šibenik or Split, both within 1 hour of driving. There were ice skating rinks built in both of these cities, despite temperatures around 11-15°C. Even in cities many premises are closed for winter, but there are more then enough open ones. Swimming is possible with sea temperatures around 15°C. But note that the beach right in front of the apartment has a bit steep entry for non-swimmers (kids). There are some sea urchins, but if you go just for a swim, you can manage to enter the sea without protective shoes.

The old town of Primosten is very nice. The kitchen of the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was tiny, but also very nice and renovated. Kitchen is super small but it’s workable if you eat out or for simple pasta or breakfasts. It’s more suitable for shorter stays I think. Under apartment you can find everything you need. The cleanest room that we ever had, if you can using dish it is clean and perferct. In kitchen is everything. Also the balcony is clean and here is what you need to relax. It is very rare apartment. Very nice and friendly personal. Air conditioning, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. A cozy backyard with fireplace, where you can grill, outdoor table. Close to the sea with excelent beaches. Very beautiful old-town of Promošten is also very close. Very nice and helpful host Jere. Thank you so much for perfect vacation! :)
