Everyone there was wonderful, willing to help even with the language barrier. The dinner and breakfast were delicious (if you stay more than one night, note that you'll eat the same dinner and breakfast) The room and all the temple was super clean and calm. It was a great place to stay! I really love the ceremonies that I could witness, meditation in the evening, morning ceremony and goma ceremony (fire ceremony). The one thing I was surprised by is that the showers are "Onsen Showers" so it's in a commun room, with little stools where you can clean yourself before entering the bath. Not a negative point, just something I wasn't expecting. Thanks to all the staff there for a wonderful stay!

祇園の宿 杏花 se află în Kyoto, la aproximativ 3 minute de mers pe jos de Gara Gion-Shijō și la 600 m de Samurai Kembu Kyoto, și pune la dispoziție o grădină și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. The place is beautiful and very central to visit Kyoto, the staff is very friendly and always attentive if we needed anything, a wonderful experience, we will return if possible.

Set in Shirahama, within 200 metres of Shirahama Beach and 1.2 km of Ezura Beach, Shirahama no Yado Daigo offers free WiFi throughout the property. The hostess (who's also the owner) was a very nice and friendly person. Breakfast was complimentary and the hostess even made breakfast by herself to guests every morning and it was delicious! The room is equipped with tatami floor and was super clean. There was no bed but instead futon was provided and you need to set it up by yourself at night which was interesting. It was a special experience to get a chance to sleep in a Japanese futon. If you don't know how to set it up they will help you too. The bathroom is big and equipments were new. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk to the beach. It's also close to a bus stop which takes you to surrounding sightseeing places. There are convenient store and supermarket within walking distance and you can buy fireworks there to play at the beach at night. If we come back to Shirahama in the future we will choose to stay here again.

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. Se află în Kyoto, la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall și la 2 km de Castelul Nijo, și oferă cazare de 4 stele. I can't say enough about this place, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the room was amazing, and of course the dinner and breakfast.. again, amazing.. One of the highlights of our amazing trip to Japan!

Ishibekoji Muan se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Higashiyama Ward din Kyoto, la mai puțin de 1 km de Gara Gion-Shijō, la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Samurai Kembu Kyoto și la 1,1 km de... Everything was perfect. Sae san was very helpful with everything. Should have stayed there for more than 1 night :)
