I felt welcome and at home, although I am a long way from home. I had plenty of food and I recommend the breakfast. I had shots as well. the mad dog shots were superb.

However, the staff was absolutely lovely and treated us as if the hotel were full. The rooms are bright and new with comfortable beds and very clean. Definitely would recommend staying here if you are doing the Trail of the Eagles Nest as its stunning to wake up to views of the castle. We also had the castle to ourselves in the morning when we took a tour.

Very kind staff, good restaurant for dinner, very good breakfast, nice soroundings, very well kept property and gardnen in the back, free parking. All in all very good value for the money.

There is a spacious parking lot. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Lovely staff. It was very peaceful in the evening, The evening meal was also very delicious (BBQ ribs). Facilities are of course traditional but very clean and tidy. If you love red wine, their home-made red wine is worth the money.
