An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

It's very big and suitable for families with childs. There are 2 bedrooms with wide beds and sofa in the dining room. Parking garage (parcheggio) "Parterre" is in 3 minutes from the apartment. The price for daily parking is 15 euro. It's the best and the cheapest daily parking in Firence that we found. There is a small kitchen with all that you need, even salt and oil and 2 bottles of water. Supermarket Esselunga is in 7-10 minutes from the apartment. Online check-in is very comfortable and fast. All connections with owners were by WhatsApp. It was the best apartment that we rent in our 7 days trip in Italy! We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay for 1 day more.

We were here with our 3 children, and they gave us a small mattress for our 4 year old, even though I had booked the room for only 4 people. The room is small for 4 people, but comfortable for a night. They put two roll away beds in the room for our two kids, and there is also a large bed. This property is about a 15 minute walk from the tower.
