The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing! Added touches were milk in the fridge for the coffee and a special welcome chocolate treat. I especially appreciated the bottle of cold water in the fridge as well. there was fresh fruit on the table, two oranges and 2 apples. The toiletries were top notch. the room was large with a table with two chairs. The King bed was so comfortable.

Everyone was listening to all the details and taking notes. Dave walked me up to my room and we went over everything, he also added things he could do to make everything even more perfect, which it was a most memorable evening!! I ordered the Romance package, and it was delivered with personal instructions flawlessly. Also, they recommended reserving a table at the bar, which felt like the most amazing table in the bar. The room was perfect. Everything was stunning!! Everyone was so pleasant and greeted you every chance they got. The breakfast the next day was so wonderful and in a very quiet setting. Options seemed endless as to cater to anyone's needs. We were entranced by the decor throughout. Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed!! Defiantly will be returning for a much longer stay.

Located in Whitby and with Whitby Beach reachable within 600 metres, The Dolphin Hotel provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The room was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.
