The people that work at Şebnem are the heart of this lovely hotel. Their kindness, assistance and help made this stay really memorable. Our host was very informed, recommending all the best places to visit, eat, see and going the extra mile so make sure we are comfortable and happy. The two lovely ladies who make up the kitchen and cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and made us delicious breakfast. Location is excellent: walking distance to all the main attractions, and many restaurants and rooftop terraces in the streets around the hotel. It is very safe to walk at night. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable, with many interesting books that tell more of the historic buildings.

The owner is amazing, he is there to check all the details how his team is working with the guess. He doesn’t speak English but he was so attended and keeping and eye for every detail to make us feel comfortable. Amazing team, love the beds, clean, good breakfast buffet! And the location is super! Close to Blue Mezquita, Aga Sofia, close to Cisterna, great location.
