All - the hotel, the room, the breakfast were perfect 🥰! Igor (the man on the reception) was very kind, and he helped us all the time that we needed help. My child was very happy about Netflix on the TV. We recommend!

The place is beautiful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I'd like to extend especially my thanks to the gentleman who fixed my air conditioner. I don't remember his name. And on the front desk I'd like to say a special thank you to Przemek. I hope I remembered his name correctly. I was with my son and we thought that his money belt was stolen when he left it on top of his backpack in the lobby for a few minutes. Przemek, by the way I lived in worked in Canada for a year or so, was very helpful and asked the guy running the security cameras to have a look and see what happened. It didn't look like anyone had stolen it and we thought perhaps my son had dropped had dropped it somewhere in the hotel. The money belt contained his international driver's license and a few hundred dollars and some Ontario documents. Not really a big loss. Anyhow, a week later we took a Flix bus from Ostrowiec to Warszawa. Our backpacks were stowed in the bottom of the bus. When we retrieved our backpacks from the bottom of the bus lo and behold there was my son's money belt with all the money and documents. It had fallen in some weird area between the webbing of the backpack and the backpack itself. Crikey!!!!. How the hell did that happen? Once again thank you to the staff at Lwowska 1. You're the best.

清潔だし、ベットも快適。新しいホテルのように内装も良い。他の部屋の音も一切聞き得なかった。ただ外のトラムが通るたびにうるさくて眠れず、次の日に他に部屋への変更をお願いしたら快く変えてくれた。

The location is perfect, it is between Old town and Jewish quarter, two attractive areas in Krakow. It has a big garden, which is very nice and also very quiet.
