Excellent. Fantastic coffee. Brilliant helpful and friendly owners/staff. Very clean stylish small hotel in a great location. It’s a B&B but the staff are always willing to provide snacks/ drinks. Car parking space available which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location. Great Trattoria only minutes walk away.

Staff were very accommodating, clear instructions before checking in.  we use the car valet that the Airbnb host recommended and it was excellent.

Absolutely everything!! The room was very spacious. There was also a dressing area, with lots of room to hang clothes, as well as a small terrace. A very nice breakfast with lots of protein options. Thank you to our host for permitting luggage storage for the day, and helping us carry our bags to the elevator and to the street. Well located, a 5 minute walk to the Piazza del Campo.

Amazing location, and huge apartment overlooking the piazza. We enjoyed sitting on the Balcony and walking on the city wall for sunset. Lots of cute restaurants up side streets.
