Our apartment was on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. There is an elevator, so no worries about this. Big rooms, high ceilings, clean and comfortable. Quiet if you close double windows. AC in each room. Coffee machine with beans is there - big deal for me Location is perfect - almost in the old town but with prices of the new town. 5 minute walk to the Narodny Museum, 3 minute walk to tram and metro station. Karlov bridge is 20 minute walk. Perfect place for up to 4 adults or a family.

Its a little bit isolated but still close to center. Perfect for a good rest. Food was mindblowing

Excellent location. The room had beams on the floor which added to the atmosphere. You walked out of the green doors turned left and the castle was a 15 minute walk. Turn right and the Charles Bridge was a 10 minute walk. The 2 receptionists we dealt with were so helpful. They went through everything with us and also recommended places to eat. Their recommendations were spot on. We actually went to one place twice.

Everything about this hotel was to my absolute delight. Hotel staff was always smiling, very thoughtful and understanding, showing true customer care and completing each of our requests in no time! One can see they are well trained and enjoying their work. Breakfast time is very pleasant, with plenty of tasty options. Their stylish restaurant is very sought after for the lunch and dinner time.

What a place! So gorgeous, so comfortable and so spacious! Felt really happy with this choice for Christmas, right bang next to St Charles Bridge and anything you could possibly need. Loved having a washing machine and dishwasher, a coffee machine and a soda stream was a great touch! Gorgeous bathroom too! A very special mention to the gentleman who checked us in, wine and cookies! He was lovely!

The room was as advertised, a big room with equipped kitchen and a washer. Clean and quiet. A nice view of the street. The tram stop and metro station were very close.
