Property very clean and tidy with good decorations. Large area balcony with BBQ facilities. Just few minutes walk to Reef Cruise Terminal. Property keeper very friendly and helpful.

We had a beautiful and very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which was very convenient to huge pool. We stayed there for 9 nights and surly will come back. Super friendly manager and staff. The made up the beds every day, fresh towels when needed…..best service! And the location was perfect too, directly on the esplanade.

I loved the property, the staff were very professional specially Roxy went the extra mile to find me a better room with good WiFi reception, she was awesome. The rooms were all spacious with big balconies. The location was superb across from the lagoon and all the best restaurants. I was sad to leave🤩

The property is very good, in one of the best loctions in cairns. Close to everything. food is really tasty. Staff super polite and helpful.

The staff were amazing. We've gone on many trips to many different countries, but we've never seen staff that were as friendly as the ones here. There was a man who showed us maps and attractions of the Tablelands, and the staff member who checked us in even helped us look for things to do in our next destination. Staff were 20 out of 10. Three thumbs up :) The location is also great! Unlike most hotels in Cairns, it isn't dead-center of the main tourist area, so it's very quiet but still very accessible. 10 out of 10 :) The rooms are larger than most hotels, and although there is no housekeeping, that is more than made up for by the fact that it has a dining area, a kitchen, and a washing machine. I cannot stress this enough. This hotel is amazing.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Really nice food. Great selection at breakfast. Super pool with swim up bar. Hotel bar well run. Great selection of drinks and cocktails. Great selection of bar food. Hotel is pretty central. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is amazing, the staff extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The location is very central and only few minutes walk away from the Marina and the Esplanade. I will definitely come back!!
