The staff was a bit obnoxious about us picking up wristbands. We came in late and got bands from check in. My husband got a physical key card. No one needed a band and we weren’t even on property often but we were harassed until we checked in with the winner circle staff. Parking garage was full, security continued letting in cars, people parked all over against walls and in corners illegally. Security came at 1045 pm accusing us of throwing books off of our balcony based on a video taken from the ground (it seemed). 4 staff came to the room stating they had video evidence and complaints and basically asked if it was us. 1) who would admit to that and 2) what’s was the plan from there? Between the “critical” wristband enforcement, overfilled garage, and accusation of throwing books from the 24th floor, security was not giving the best impression. Nearly impossible to catch an elevator down on Sunday morning. Alllllll were filled with people and luggage. Waited 10+ minutes for an elevator with space and ended up driving our car down instead and paying to park elsewhere when I didn’t need to move the car yet.

They make you pick up your wrist bands (to get in and out of resort) at a sales presentation desk so they can sell you timeshares. This is very tacky and downright deceitful. The sales reps are very pushy and will not take NO for an answer. Stay away from these land sharks!!

The location is excellent. Boardwalk and beach is top notch. The facility is very clean and staff friendly.

The air conditioner was not working. Out room was very comfortable. We had to have maintenance come in twice. Other guests complained about their air not working either.

How pushy the staff is in trying to make you take their tour and get a timeshare. I wish they would have just left us alone.

I liked how close it was to the beach and shopping area. The pools were all open and accessible so that was nice.

I do not like the pressure to attend a presentation for a time share. I love the Wyndham Ocean walk but have absolutely no desire to be an owner. I made my feelings and intentions about what type of customer I am and will continue to be in the future crystal clear to the one young lady handing out the wristbands, but she seemed irritated with me for refusing to change my mind. I do not need the pressure and will think twice about future stays because of it.

The room was very dirty. We found empty bottles from the previous people in the bedrooms, the toilet was clogged, there was hair and dirt caked in every corner of the rooms. We found garbage under the furniture in the living room. The bed had black dirt marks on the comforters. The pans were in the cabinets but still had old food caked on them. The garbage disposal was also clogged and wouldn't drain.

The overall facility was beautiful, the lobby was always clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The pools were gorgeous and we had great access to the beach!

The mattress are sooooooo uncomfortable!!!!! For this reason alone I would never stay there again. I checked in and withing 10 minutes I got an alert that my credit had been checked (this is a violation). The tub was so old that my daughter scrapped her knee on it. the drawer in the living room was broken.

The view, the nice big porch, the pools, hot tub, slide, beach, beach bar, the dj on saturday, parking outside of our unit. I loved the washer and dryer.

Not enough elevators, long waiting times for the elevators and couldn’t walk up the stairs 25 floors with my little children. Hot tub was always full and one of them was adult only so I couldn’t go in with my kids.

The tub and toilet in the second bathroom drained slowly. And none of the pools were heated. For natives even in March the water was too cold to get in.

There were a lot of amenities and activities right on the property. The room we had was huge, two bedrooms, north tower, corner unit with a full wrap around balcony.

All the confusion when arriving. We arrived and were told we could park either our vehicle or the 4 motorcycles we had there. Only one parking spot. I could only park to unload. The other would have to park across the street. That was 110 for the week. When checking in once you check in you do not get all you need they then send you to another group to get your wrist bands etc. After that was done I went out to go to the truck to unload before moving it to the other parking deck and we already had staff saying we had to move it or it would be towed. I told them they said I could park the bikes and the truck to unload. Finally unloaded and went to the room. The water pressure is bad. It’s a trickle.

The property was nice. They have several pools inside and out.

There is no house keeping.. had to call every day just to get clean towels and linens. The room is very outdated. There is only room for 1 vehicle.. so we booked a family suite.. had to park across the street in the parking garage..20.00 a day. Another fee of 250.00 for something.. not even sure what it was for.. still not credited back to my card. Way to expensive for the outdated room.

The location is awesome.. there's a lot to do at the resort. Large room but very outdated.

The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The "shopping plaza" next door is basically closed down and an eyesore.

The property itself was quite pretty. The outside area and lobby were enjoying to sit in and relax. The room itself was pretty dated and needs some updates, particularly in the bathroom.

The rooms / decors are very dated. Can’t keep the door to the balcony open because of of smell from weed smoking by other folks in their balconies.

Beautiful beach. Close to the pier. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Excellent location.
