It was conveniently in the area of our main reason for visiting Williamsburg.

Breakfast is NOT provided, not even coffee. The room did have do it yourself coffee service, however there is no juice or coffee available in the lobby.

Hotel was able to provide a room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teens). Clerk provided clean bedsheets and I was able to make the bed in the pullout couch. Hotel room was reasonably clean. Sidewalks should be resurfaced and room is ready to be updated with new carpet, furniture etc.

A little rundown. Cigarette burns on the tub and sheet. Ice machine broken. Little things like that.

You could tell they were slowly updating. The newer items were quite nice, but the dated items/decor were very dated.

The bar that holds the shower curtain was loose and dropped causing the shower curtain to remain open at both sides allowing water to get on the floor. Two screws were missing, and it appeared that they were already missing when the bathroom was painted.

The room was clean and the wi-fi was good.

It’s an old place, but our room was well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping were in very day. You do get some TV noise from neighbours, but that is to be expected in a wooded building like this. The location was very good. We walked into historic Williamsburg in around 20 minutes and there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. There is even a brewpub a few minutes walk away. Only real negative was the lack of breakfast. So many places stopped this during Covid and are reluctant to start again. However, they do provide tea and coffee all day long. Overall, we were pleased with our stay considering the cost.

First room was supposed to be non smoking had to have them switch rooms they upgraded to a double queen but the beds were double beds not queen beds

Property fair. Dirty in back areas. Laundry only HOT water. I had to remove my clothes from machine. Desk clerk said to bad, can't help you. Not our machines. NO BREAKFAST. Also said to bad we don't do it anymore.

Bathroom features was too old. AC unit was not working properly. We couldn’t sleep at night.

Mini fridge had too much ice in it. Drawers were dirty. We did not use either.

TV had issues connecting to cable, needs updating. Did not appreciate how house keeping was knocking on the door at 9:30am when checkout was at 11am. They should wait till key cards are turned in before coming to clean. Wish I checked out pool and breakfast to give those a review.

Parking close to room, bathroom was sufficient, AC worked really well. Fridge was ice cold chilled. Will probably come back since this room was in my budget and local. Close to food & gas stations & grocery store

I had a non smoking room and it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. The sheets had stains and holes room was nasty

Housekeeping came knocking on the door early and the tag wouldn't stay on the door

It had a weird smell in the room. The beds weren’t comfortable. It just felt nasty in the rooms. The shower wasn’t the best cleaned.

Gentleman at desk couldn’t hear or understand me. Room was to be smokeless was smoking room with many burn holes in bed covering and blanket.
