We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaShower was not working right. The knob that turned shower on was not turning right. The hot water in the shower was not working right. The ceiling fan/ light kept flickering on and off and fan kept coming on by itself. The fan and light combo in the bathroom was annoying. It was very loud. Had to take showers and use restroom in the dark just to not be annoyed by the fan running in the bathroom.

United States of AmericaThe balcony was not as advertised. Was not really ocean front. Was partial ocean view with a huge tree blocking the way. The dishes underneath the cabinet were dirty when we got there.
The indoor and outdoor pool were great it did rain quite a bit so the option of the indoor pool was nice.

United States of AmericaKeypad was fickle. Had to enter multiple times to enter or leave room. High threshold on room 311 left me flat on my face upon first entree as no warning was posted. No access to beach, due to recent hurricanes, which is understandable, just wish we had been told. No indoor or outdoor pool access. ( Didn't come for the pool, came for the beach) Deadbolt on balcony door was broken and dangling, which allowed the wind to whistle through the opening the entire night. Even with all of this was a peaceful quiet stay. Would come again when perhaps renovations from the storm may be completely and beach front access restored
The staff was friendly. The room had all the little amenities. Everything you need. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffe pot(s). TV had Roku Lots of plug ins for electronics. Cute little room

United States of AmericaHost left me without a room even though it was paid for. Host was not honest. As of 1/29/24 I have still not been refunded.
When I arrived at the property i enetered my booking code and entered the room which still had occupants in it. Room was a mess and the current clients said they were staying. I immeidately text the host who stated sorry they had overbooked and would cancel my reservation plus refund my money. Three days later I still do not have a refund and the host has stopped replying to my text. I will have to take this up with Booking now which is unfortute.

United States of AmericaWe were not giving the room that we paid for. When we contacted the property owner we were ignored we contacted booking.com we were ignored. We paid for a suite and we're giving a regular hotel room and after numerous tries all weekend and the week after we still go ignored. The property owner would not answer us or the booking agent. We were never given the room that we paid for nor did anyone try to rectify the situation. If you plan on booking your vacation at this place I would book it somewhere else. If you have an issue or situation at this Resort you will not get it resolved. You will be ignored from start to finish. You will not be offered a refund you will not get a refund you won't get anything from them other than being ignored. They know they gave us the wrong room and refused to rectify the situation. And the booking agent says there's nothing they can do because they ignore them also use caution be aware that this property is not the place to have a vacation

United States of AmericaThere was a 59.00 cleaning fee but you still had to do up the dishes and take the trash out. So that was slightly frustrating. The room was non smoking which was fine but when you got there they said EXTREMELY NO SMOKING and there would be a 250.00 fine if you did. So if another family member would have been there we would have had a problem. Wish that was more clear from the start. But other than that it was perfect for my daughter and I.
The view was amazing. We will definitely stay there again. It was a bonus that there was also an indoor pool.

United States of AmericaAbsolutely nothing the apartment is full mold to our ended up with the respiratory infection and then up in the hospital and ICU put under sedation for four days. Stayed in ICU for six days and PCU for four more days. I want to refund on my money I’m calling the city commissioner and Volusia county and have them come out and check your property. I want to refund is absolutely miserable and now I’m in a nursing home sick. I asked you when I first open that door, I can smell the mold I asked for my money back you would not let me check out. You told me I had to keep it, and that was the wrong thing to do, I want to refund this is going to go to Court up to you

United States of AmericaThe room appeared clean at first until I looked at the bed comforter which was visibly stained. I pulled back the bed sheets and it had hair everywhere. The sheets definitely weren’t changed or cleaned before my arrival. I ended up leaving after only staying in the room for 3 hours. Property owner seemed to care and offered 20% off the booking. However after I notified them I chose to leave no one responded to my texts. Very disappointing and a waste of my money.

It had not been cleaned, dirty towels all over the room, bedding not changed or made, dirty dishes, bugs on the walls, and only had electricity in half of the room so the TV, air conditioner or microwave would not work. I went downstairs to ask for clean sheets and was told they could not give them to me. I called the unit owner and he was extremely unprofessional and rude he would not listen to my concerns and quickly hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I had to book a different room from the hotel directly and had to pay an additional $135 for that room on top of the price i had already paid for the first room which was $148. I DO. NOT recommend anyone to stay here, EVER!
There was absolutely nothing about this property that was enjoyable or met the expectations that were portrayed when I booked the room
