Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We got into our room and got settled and went and got something to eat. When we came back we opened up the sofa bed and it was broken. I do not know how they did not know this. We had to change rooms I requested they put us in a room with 2 beds rather then taking a chance on another bad sofa bed. They said we would get the discount for the inconvenience of having to move everything to another room. I do not think the price of 663.00 was a discount.
The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

The rooms and bathrooms were NOT clean. The bathroom floors were dirty and one of the rooms did not have clean towels. The towels had dirt on them and needed to be replaced. There was also debris on one of the bed spreads.

The halls were freezing--over air-conditioned.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good access to shopping and main roads, while still being very quiet. A nice exercise room and outside sitting area.

Refrigerator was pretty noisy. Also, hotel has indoor swimming pool. Noticed the first night we were there a car with 2 adults and 5 kids pulled up and met someone that was apparently staying at the hotel. They left everyone in a side door that goes to the pool and they all swam for hours then they left. Same thing happened the second night but it was different people. I think the pool area should be more secure and it’s use should be limited to guests only

We reserved a suite that said it accommodated 5 adults. Two double beds that were in the rooms would not accommodate 5 adults; the beds were not even queen size. The guest rooms badly need to be refurbished. The first suite we were assigned had a terrible odor; the carpet was permanently soiled and torn. The staff obligingly transferred us to a second suite that was only marginally better than the first because it didn't have an odor that drove us out the door, but the carpet was torn and needed to be replaced. Neither of the suites met the standards we have seen in other Marriott hotels. I would not stay at this Marriott Bonvoy again.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was typical Marriott fare. Breakfast server was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. The television in the breakfast room was tuned in to a non-political station, which we appreciated.

The rooms and hallways were very cold, even when changing the thermosat but nothing you couldn't manage. Also first turning on the water the sink water was almost brown, but once we let it run for a minute, it was normal. Honestly there wasn't anything we didnt like, it was little things that could easily be fixed.
We stayed for a wedding. The rooms were quite spacious and very nice. I was surpised to find a stove, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We literally did not want to leave. It reminded us of a small apartment. Staff was great and very kind. Checking in and out was super easy. Oh and the mobile key was sooo cool! We live in the area so it was quite convient, and the shopping center had everything we needed. Will definately stay again!

Broken bed , hot tub closed due to COVID-19, was told 3 different things 1rst when we arrived that we had access to pool and hot tub via room key 24 hrs, when we found hot tub roped off we were told waiting for a part, and when I filled out hotel survey, the General Manager said it was closed due to COVID-19. Bed was clearly broken , hotel worn out and dirty. Door to room paint worn dirty appearance. Would not stay there again.
