Mediocre buffet. Food largely tasteless. Keep food warmer and make more flavorful. Provide better healthy food options. Vegan would be nice. Roomnot as clean as it should have been, not a good value for the cost. Hint, we check behind the mattress.

Nothing!!! It isn’t the best location and the parking was horrible, no entrance or exits in the back of the building where the majority of the parking was at so if you didn’t get a parking spot up front you had to walk all the alway around the building to get in the front door which is a long walk around. Housekeeping wasn’t the best either, they did give us enough towels wash clothes for two people not toilet paper. No ice machine to be found.

Was supposed to have 2 queens and handicap access but said king studio instead and no assistance was provided. Asked for sheets and pillows for pull out bed and never got them. Our window view was a graveyard. So disappointing but would be great for able-bodied couple.

Had a great experience there.....once. Each time I've been back since it's got worse and worse. Last time they overbooked and tried to move me to Fairfield inn, this time the first room was disgusting and had a view of an AC unit. They moved me to a second room, this one had lights left on, urine all around the toilet and floor and pubes on the shower floor. They moved me to a 3rd room, this one was cleaner but not by much. Could still tell cleaning was half assed. All around disappointment. NOT what a Marriott is supposed to be. My next hotel will likely be a different brand.

Our trash cans hadn't been changed and were pretty full with others trash. No wash rags were available and the body wash was empty. No hand soap in room. I used to clean hotel rooms and this room was lacking a good clean. And for the price paid, my room should be clean

Housekeeping needs to be taught how to clean properly! The bed was made and it looked like housekeeping had cleaned…. Not sure if they only made the bed or what? But, the towels were not restocked and looked like they were left over from the person who stayed there prior to us. The mirror in the bathroom had been smeared and streaked like someone gave it a very poor wipe down months ago and it just gets slightly wiped down after someone gets out of the shower and might wipe it with their towel. It hasn’t been cleaned. Seeing the mirror made me look around the room more to which I saw that most high touch surfaces like countertops, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., were all smeared with fingerprints and sticky fingers. Every time I turned around something was smeared and gross. Such a shame because I chose this hotel because it said it was rated highly for cleanliness. Also, any time I called down to the front desk for something I was always referred to and told “that’s on the Marriott side”. As if all the good stuff in the hotel was divided into “good” and “not so good”. Apparently our side was the “not so good side.” The pool was also filthy. You could see a literal layer of dirt on the pool floor and sides. As soon as I noticed the towels I called down for new ones but it was clear that housekeeping didn’t do a great job all over the hotel so I didn’t mention it. I probably won’t stay here again.

The room was great as far as the amenities inside the room- full kitchen, sofa bed, and a desk. It felt like an efficiency suite more than a hotel room since we were able to live like we would at home. The breakfast was really nice with many hot breakfast options like breakfast burritos, sandwiches and more. Breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay.

No parking when weddings are there. Breakfast was awful. staff gave us a room far away from elevator after requesting one close to it due to disability. you can hear the music from the wedding thankfully it ended at midnight.

I mistakenly left two shirts in the wardrobe closet. I called immediately after realizing the same day of check-out. I spoke to Zach at the front desk over the phone about the situation. He promised to contact housekeeping at once (April 15th). I never heard anything more about it. I called back three times. I realize I made a mistake in leaving the shirts behind, but I have no other term for what happened other than theft.
