My one and only complaint was no one came to clean or room/bring clean towels.

The breakfast was surprisingly great, nice options to choose from. The location was perfect for us to attend the event we traveled for. The location also was great for shopping, entertainment and eating.

Some of the room was older in the sense of there was water damage in the bathroom. My hallway lights were back ordered so it was dark outside my door.

Toilet not working properly in one of the bedrooms. Toilet backing up even with flushing alone. Required staff to come up more than once. On one occasion, my mother was told Niobe was available and she was very upset by this. They found someone to bring a plunger. The next day maintenance man came snd informed us s plumber was necessary. Also, tv not working 2 evenings in a row in the other bedroom. This corrected on its own, not sure if it had something to do with internet connection.

Breakfast was, well, underwhelming. They have coffee from pump jugs, and fruit juice from chilled jugs. Then there's cereal and fruit. Oh - and some weird cold bacon/egg combo in a bun. Weekends there's waffles. I'm British - maybe we have different ideas of 'breakfast'? Overall, breakfast is 'adequate'

Very close to the airport, and quiet. Good access to the mall. Decent parking. Friendly and helpful staff - who can accept grocery deliveries if self catering. Good size room, with a well equipped kitchen area. Coffee machine provided.

I stayed for 4 days and was charged additional funds after checking out. The breakfast lady wouldn’t give me any hazelnut creamer until after breakfast hours were over. I was told an amount at the counter during check in and when I extended but then was additional charged after checking out for almost $200 more dollars. There were dead bugs in our bathroom. Other than that I would’ve stayed again but the overcharge did it for me

No one came to bring us clean towels or clean the room. We was there for 2 days. The bed is hard.

It was right before everything. The mall ,Casino, Wal-Mart and restaurants. The perfect location.

No room cleaning service was offered. Not enough towels or wash clothes were provided in the room. I was told you had to stay at least three nights to have your room cleaned. No one was hardly at the front desk and no one was picking up the phone. I think something happened because the man who was at the front desk was also serving breakfast. More staff badly needed.

Received an email before arriving stating that the two bedroom suite was unavailable due to air conditioning problems. Instead I had to settle on a 1 bedroom suite. Moved into the first room only to find that the air was not working in this suite either. Then moved again and the air did work. Lorrie and Chastity made sure we were compensated for our troubles. They were extremely kind and compassionate. Our room was conveniently located near the steps however they wreaked of animal feces , vomit and are very discolored and worn. So you can imagine the smell. Marriot needs to put some money back into their hotels because their rates are not cheap.

Lorrie and Chastity... went above and beyond to resolve the issue and accommodate us . They really care , greeted every guest while fixing several issues. They need a raise.
