Building is old and not as 'nice' as a hotel

The condo was very clean and provided a cozy atmosphere. The host (Mr. Dosa) is friendly, checks on you periodically to be sure everything is going well, and offers great suggestions on places to eat. I would highly recommend and plan to book again.

We were staying in March 2024, 4 nights, 4 adults. First of all, when we arrived at the location, we were shocked by the catastrophic bad condition of the building: everything was dirty, garbage was everywhere around the building, the elevators were in bad condition and with warnings about what to do in case of a stoppage, the corridors were dirty, the moldings were torn from the walls, the entrance door to the apartment was crumbling . When we got to the studio, we experienced another shock. The studio is not intended for long stays. The wardrobes are missing. But in the small closet which are in the studio, the owner keeps his personal stuff in. We had to leave everything in suitcases, which we then had to push under the beds. We took the apartment with the intention of being able to prepare our own meals. But this kitchen has nothing but one mini pan and one small pot! The stove was portable, all dirty, so we couldn't use anything from the kitchen, because we were too afraid to catch something. The window in the apartment cannot be opened, we had to use the air conditioner for ventilation, but it makes so much noise that it was impossible to use it. Moisture collected on the inside of the windows, so that everything was wet on the floor around. The sheets, towels and pillows stank of mold so we all got rashes and cold sores all over our bodies and faces. the bathroom is outdated, dirty, there are some tapes stuck in the bath, the shower sprays everywhere, and again the same problem with putting away shelves and hanging towels. It is full of the owner's junk. The drains did not swallow water, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. In short, we cannot find a single positive thing in this hotel. The worst experience of our life so far, and we traveled halfway around the world. And we never sleep in cheap hotels.

The value was the best to be found. I really liked the location right on the beach and just a tad away from the main hustle and bustle. The lobby and room both were beautifully renovated.

The place is very dated and dirty on the outside. When you walk into the lobby it’s being renovated and so far is beautiful!! When you get into elevator it’s a shock of how dirty and disgusting it is. The smell in elevator and then when you get to the floor you’re staying on it smells so bad and the floors are trashed. I am not sure if the whole building is being renovated or what because no one has mentioned it and there are no signs. When we got to our room unit 802 it is so cute and very clean. Thank goodness that’s the only reason we stayed and didn’t leave! The owners of this unit are very nice and have answered all questions! I give the actual unit a 5 but the facility a 2 for sure. When we went down to the pool we have 2 children 3 and 6 there is black mold/mildew all in the pool. I was afraid to use it let alone my kids because I wasn’t sure if they would get sick with all that. They need to fix the halls on each floor and the elevator and the pool!! It’s disgusting at least put some signs up saying renovations excuse our mess or something. Most likely will not stay here again.

Our unit 802 was perfect clean spacious and lovely could use a few more towels.

The condos can use some renovating to match the beautiful lobby area. The hallways area can use some TLC . Maybe a coat of paint to start with.

Location was GREAT. Owner kept us in the loop with emails which was appreciated.

Owner is friendly and good communication. The room is decent with the price we paid. The whole facility is being remodeling, no airflow in the whole building, smell damp the hall way and soon as open the door of the apartment. Facility has twice alarm goes on one day, due to someone burn a toast, no maintenance on side when the firefighters arrived. The hotel has no laundry, we have to take all the stuff to the laundromat. The pool is dirty.

Couldn't stay longer because of work.

The place was very nice clean and comfortable. Great set up 2 tvs so kids could watch what they wanted as well. Cozy room. Great view of the ocean and could also watch down the strip. The place was a great modern look. Would definitely go back. The location was also good. Had microwave and an actual refrigerator huge plus.

The condo was super modern, clean, and in a great location. The host communicated the entire process in a clear and welcoming manner. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The building was clen and the parking area was easily accessable.

The condo was perfect and very clean. Nicely decorated and the kitchenette was the perfect space. The building is undergoing a total renovation and the lobby is beautiful. They are now working on all of the floors. I would certainly recommend this condo - the host was extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with. It was in a good location to access restaurants, etc.
