Friendly easy check in and enjoyed breakfast

Clean and comfortable but needs better house keeping and upgrading. Furniture was dusty and paint splatter on floor.

The rooms could use updates. The baseboards were coming off the wall by the bed and other cosmetic issues.

Conveniently right off 95. The breakfast they had available was very god. Many different options.

I was told all they had was smoking and the room had the smell of smoke. The room wasn’t overly clean and the bed made me feel like it was going to collapse. I’m careful and read the reviews before I reserve but in this case it didn’t work. I’ve stayed at many quality inns and this was the worst. There was not hot water and a hair in the tub. The edges of the floor hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

I turned the heat on because it got cold and about a minute after the fire alarm went off. Which means there’s a problem with the heating unit in the room but that was the main issue.

The bathroom tub was dingy even though they said it was clean, and that their working on staining it. The television service was POOR COULDN’T see a thing. Saw a dead Big cock roach laying on the floor near bed head, and the walls were leaking under the sink.

The fact that it had a bar/restaurant on the premises that’s owned by someone else. The music was bumping and the food was good.

Property was very dirty and run down. Hair dryer would not work at all Room was very outdated and dirty. Tv wild not work at all, we were told at checkout that they “were working on it”. Apparently there was a cut line somewhere. The AC in the room did not work. At all. We had it on the coolest setting and the coolest it would get in the room was 77°. Not acceptable. The toilet would barely flush. Walls are naturally open thin so you could hear your neighbors and hear doors slam from rooms away.

It was close to the interstate.

Booked ahead a king smoking room didn't have gave us a handicap room and stunk like mildew the shower is just a walk in shower very disappointed in this room don't think it has been cleaned for awhile I did not ask for a handicap room this was booked on line 6 months ago I also gave a time we would be there

Accommodated my request for a room on the main level as my son uses a walker and stairs can be an issue Was late for breakfast but we were still served Bistro onsite was a bonus as we arrived late and wanted some dinner. Saved us for getting back in the car and taking a change that a restaurant would be open

I said there were 3 adults and everything was for just 2 (ex. 2 towel sets, enough coffee for two. The tub had looked like they took the bath mat out and left the stain(?) or film behind.

When we checked in, there apparently were problems with the tv's throughout the hotel -- about which the reception guy was pretty unconcerned. "You will find the same problems up and down the road, and it would take you 20 minutes at least to find another hotel". I had to ask for a channel guide, Apparently it is a new system without the bugs worked out, and no info in the room about how to access the channels. (It was Final Four weekend for the NCAAs -- one should expect a working TV in a hotel room that cost $150.) We couldn't get the tv to work -- my husband called the office for help. After 20 minutes he went to the office,, and then a very nice young woman came and helped -- after a bit she got most of the channels going, but we couldn't get network. When we checked out the next day I asked to speak to the manager -- the reception man told me that I should have a seat and he would tell the manager and he would come. After sitting for a bit I noticed he had not gone to the manager's office, and when I went to the desk he told me the manager wasn't in yet. How long would I have sat there before he let me know that??? I have made 6 phone calls to the hotel over the past 4 days -- the manager is never there. (At least that's what I'm told.)

bathroom could have been cleaner, tub had a ring around the bottom three inches, after we showered I know why, the tub drainage was backed up and very slow, ankle deep water at the end of a shower in the bottom of tub. an hour after our showers, tub still had two inches or more water in the bottom

There was no restaurant on site like advertised so we didn't get any hot breakfast. Also my non smoking room had been smoked in. For the price it was ok, but could have been better. We didn't even use the shower.

I spoke with two associates, who were both friendly and helpful.
