Housekeeping seemed to be having some problems. Our room wasn't clean, and they skipped us entirely one day. Another day they ran out of clean towels. They could do a better job of keeping the breakfast items stocked. I also wish they would use paper plates and cups instead of plastic. The recycling bin was a joke because there was nothing to recycle.

The location was convenient, but the long access road should have a sign. It would be hard to spot at night. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the 5 nights we were there. Breakfast included several healthy options, and the breakfast area was bright and pleasant.

The faucet was not attached to the sink. It worked, but you had to hold it down to pull up the lever. Otherwise, the room was great.

I liked the proximity to the highway. It was easy on and easy off. It is close to lots of places to eat, but is not really in a city per se. If you are looking for a nice place to lay your head after a long drive, this is it.

It was basic but cost more than the other hotels we've been to. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, service and comfort. Just that it was more expensive. It was easy to find. Location was also good. Parking space was enough.

There was a ‘plastic’ smell in the rooms we couldn’t quite figure out.

Front desk workers were very friendly! In the morning, the only person working the desk was also sweeping & mopping the floors while striking up conversations with the customers. Very hard working, friendly staff. Also asked for adjoining rooms and they found a way to give us that!

Pancake machine was always glitching out. Morning manager had to keep adjusting it to make it work. Hot water wasn't always available when coming in past midnight, sometimes would to have something hot to put me to sleep, had to microwave water in my room.

Great choices for breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Helpful staff. Concierge for example, called restaurants/bars to see if they were still open when I checked in late at night so I wouldn't be just driving aimlessly at night.

Both rooms had a weird plastic smell.

The background music in the entryway, check-in, and breakfast areas was a bit too loud.

The ice machine did not work on our floor and I had to go up to the next floor to get ice. In our room, the charging station under the TV didn’t work.

The smell of weed on the entire 2nd floor. See comments above how the staff was very helpful.

Staff was great. Amanda was helpful. Our first room was very nice however there was people in a room near by that were smoking an unbelievable amount of weed and it basically took over the entire floor. We had not been in the room 5 min and just could not handle the smell. I asked if we could be moved and within 2 min she had us a new room on a different floor. This was great. Again the room was nice and clean. She did mention she was going to investigate the smell since it was a no smoking hotel. There were a bunch of signs as well. Overall no big deal but they were very helpful!

The road that takes you to this hotel is completely unlit at night. When I checked out, the computers were down and I couldn't get a receipt.

The bathroom wasn't super clean. The bathtub was very slippery - need some grip strips. This is a pretty new hotel but the carpet was already quite frayed.

Very conveniently located to the highway and to shopping. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great. I really appreciated that the staff sent me back a package I had forgotten at the hotel. They were really nice and helpful.
