You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDuring our stay no hot water for over 24 hours. We were informed in advance of repairs but could not cancel without full penalty. After we asked they offered 30% off one day, which we have not been credited several days later. Where even Holiday Inn Express has free breakfast, breakfast was $17. Parking was $40 per night not including tip.

United States of AmericaThe mandatory valet parking for $40 a day was a problem. We usually park our own car in the garage and get a luggage cart and bring our own luggage into our room. Also, we had our dog with us which made using the valet and the luggage service even more difficult, but there was no option to the valet parking except a pay by the hour lot across the street which was insecure and also very expensive. Once inside the hotel the buss boy who was an elderly gentleman,not a boy, harassed us to death to take the luggage up to our room for us. We were already loaded onto the luggage cart and had absolutely no need of him to just push the cart up to the room and then put his hand out for a tip.. Also, there was no directory to the hotel in our room, no room service menu, nothing. We would have ordered room service for breakfast both mornings we were there, but no menu, so we ended up using Door Dash instead. We also used Door Dash to get our meals. We would have liked to at least be able to consider the room service menu for lunch and dinner, but there was absolutely no info about anything in the room. I asked the front desk about this at exit and they gave me some answer I didn't quite understand about it being on the telephone and also on the TV, but I didn't see anything and I looked everywhere. The lovely king bed should have been comfortable, but I woke up with a horrible back ache and so did my husband. There was a Starbucks counter for breakfast, but my husband stood there for over 10 minutes until someone showed up to take his coffee order. He had to be called from another place in the hotel and he seemed in a hurry the entire time he was there. For the outrageous amount I paid for this room, it really wasn't a good stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's a shame that the services weren't as beautiful by any stretch of the imagination. Nothing was free. There wasn't even any free coffee in the morning that we could find.
The location was incredible. It was across the street from the concert venue for Justin Hayward.

United States of AmericaThe size of the hotel may imply a long walk with bags if you are staying in one of the extremities. The parking valet seems expensive, considering there is a public parking literally in the front of the hotel. We only stood for one night but it seems that there is still no service in the room during your multiday staying unless you order it. It's hard to believe a chain such as Hilton, keeping this option.
The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. It's a very large hotel, so you may have to walk a lot till you reach the room. Great breakfast which includes waffles that the kids loved. There was a misunderstanding with our rate which was supposed to include breakfast, but the Hotel promptly recognized it and fixed it.

I couldn’t believer that the hotel charges it guests $1 for bottles of water in the room (that are normally complimentary in any other hotel in the world!). The parking fee was absurd given that my car was parked out in the streeetllt somewhere (40$).

United States of AmericaWhen we checked into the room there were a few stains on my sheets, but it wasn't that big of a deal because they appeared to have been washed and clean. However, my friend and I found a shirt sitting in the desk chair that did not belong to us and must have been left by a previous guest.
The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in checking us in. The valet service was incredible too! The woman that helped me was extremely friendly and made the process quick and easy.
