I did not like the fact you stay 4 days and no housekeeping is done, you have to contact house keeping day for towels

A couple of the dealers were rude or didn't have a good personality, at times all of the tables I wanted were full, our room was freezing, when I asked for a comforter, they brought a mattress cover. Lol

We ate there twice, and the food was good. Most of the staff was friendly, but I just love all the music memorabilia!!

They need to move furniture around and vacuum better. I dropped a necklace on the floor by the couch and saw an extremely dirty floor under the couch. If they don’t clean it every time, it should at least clean it weekly. This looked so dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

As a first time visitor card readers in the elevators are annoying and the staff didn't explain i needed to use my room key or tell me which floor i was on. The room number is kind of self explanatory but leaves room for questions and there could be multiple towers it would have been nice to know my floor level. There is also a special method and pause sequence to get it to work. Plus while waiting for the green light in the card reader which is very dim and hard to see sometimes, it will just not read my card. I also got stuck in the elevator for 5 min as it wouldn't read my card for a while other visitors were coming and going. I had several other visitors tell me their cards didn't work some of the time and had also gotten stuck in the elevator. It seemed to be a issue every time i road the elevator either i or another visitor was having issues getting their card to work.

I like the amenities and cleanliness. Staff was nice and to the point. Food was good in the Café. I liked the option of included Wi-Fi, but it would have been nice to have a ethernet port as well. I really liked the bathroom on the platinum tower. It was a lot nicer from pictures than the other rooms. Also very nice scent for the shampoos and body wash.

The first two rooms we checked in to were dirty, dirty fridge, dirty toilet, dirty showers. However the front desk checked us into the 3rd room and it was fine. I check these things cause I am also a housekeeper at a casino resort!

Lots of outside noise that I could hear when in my room trying to sleep. Pillows were too soft but had a good oniony of them per bed.

Casual and fun! Lots of music memorabilia. The pool was nice and refreshing and had good lounge chairs and umbrellas. Lively mix of music playing. Nice bath toiletries.

We had to request our sheets be changed in BOTH beds when we arrived (blood on the sheet in the first bed and hair on the sheet in the other bed). There were used fake eyelashes on the bathroom counter under the mirror. The elevator floors looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed for quite some time and remained that way the full week. No information telling what is available at the hotel is given at check-in.

Nothing big, but the bathroom door was hard to open and close, and the shower head pointed way too high with no way to adjust.

Great value and awesome view. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. No wait time to check in or out. Pool closed at 8 but they said we could stay till 10. Hot tube felt amazing.

The A/C in the room was loud and it made it very hard to sleep. We called for a roll away bed and sat on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on us so we had to go get it ourselves

I loved the location of the Hotel. The casino was great and the food in the hotel restaurants was really good. The room was decent but I should have booked a room with a better view. That was on me.
