It was said that was park free and I had to pay 50 bucks per night. The coffee is not served at hotel facilities, but in restaurant in the front. There were no valet employee when I arrived at 3:00 o clock am.

The swimming pool was quite dirty, making it unpleasant to swim in. There are sun beds by the pool, but no umbrellas, which is difficult to comprehend when it's +32°C outside. I also found it very strange that they provide beach sun beds for free for hotel guests but charge $26 for an umbrella.... Additionally, I received a room facing a wall, so I barely got any daylight in my room, which was a bit depressing. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but these little things negatively influenced my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean. They provide free water upon check-in, but you have to proactively ask for it. There is also a water refill station in the lobby as well as at the pool. The hotel offers nice daily activities such as yoga (on the beach), salsa lessons, necklace-making classes etc, which I found quite fun, especially since I was traveling solo!

The price we paid on booking.com was cheaper than the hotel rate. In fact when we checked out we had to let them know of this as the hotel attempted to charge us a higher rate (room rate by the hotel).

There was no breakfast included in the price which was a little disappointing considering the basic room rate is still quite pricey. However, I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. The pool, room, and the location is superb. Such close proximity to the hustle of SOUTH BEACH

While my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, I must admit I was a bit disappointed by the 4 pm check-in time. After a long journey, I was eager to settle into my room and start exploring the city. However, having to wait until late afternoon felt like a significant inconvenience, especially considering that many other hotels offer earlier check-in times. It would have been much more convenient and accommodating to have the option for an earlier check-in, even if it came with a small fee. Hopefully, the hotel management will consider adjusting their policies to better accommodate the needs of their guests in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found its location to be absolutely perfect. Situated within walking distance to all the major attractions, it made exploring the city a breeze. What I appreciated even more was that it was on the quieter end of the strip. This meant that despite being close to all the action, I could still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. It's the best of both worlds - convenience and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and peaceful stay!

Nothing as much to be precise. I think they should supply two bottles of water everyday instead of just once during the check in.

When we arrived the check-in was late but the front desk made it up for it. Eloisa was kind and helpful to understand and gave us the best room with a pool view. The cleaning staff from the house keeping were kind enough to keep the rooms clean on daily basis. Bob the concierge / bell desk man is the most amazing guy always on his toes and extremely helpful. God bless you Bob. Over all had a good stay the location is very close to the beach. Good eating joints, coffee shop and the warm welcome cookies will make you smile the efforts hotel team takes to make your stay comfortable. The beach service they have is good. Worth it. The pool table and swimming pool (temperature control) is a bonus and upto date always. Thank you team Gates.

Check-in was a bit rough as we messaged the hotel early for luggage assistance upon arrival, and were told it would be ready; however, we still had to ask multiple times and wait at the curb after our Uber dropped us off with considerable baggage after a rental car mishap. (There were also no luggage carts for self-service, otherwise, we would've done this!). We also got some inconsistent info on what the resort fee included, but the paper we got upon check-in helped!

Beautiful, clean resort in Mid/South Beach with a VERY nice heated pool, jacuzzi, and daily entertainment -- even a free sip & paint night on Fridays. And of course, the famous DoubleTree cookies! The Hilton app allowed me to easily message hotel staff to ask for housekeeping and get questions answered. Rooms were comfortable and ours was extra accessible with a beautiful view of the MIA skyline. We also appreciated the microwave room downstairs, along with the in-room mini-fridge and iron. Beach was only 1 block away, and much of South Beach was walkable from the hotel. Aside from our check-in, we had a fun and comfortable stay here, and we'd definitely return!

I did NOT like that you had to pay for bottle water. They only give you 2 waters when you check in and if you want more you have to pay $4 a bottle. I also was not a huge fan that when you order room service it was really pricey. I ordered an 18$ meal and they automatically put a tip on there and you don't see that under after you tip additionally, so I paid $30 bucks for 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 1/2 a cup of potatoes, and 2 pieces of toast. I think it tasted good, but if they want to charge that the portions should probably be bigger.

I liked how close I was to the beach! The hotel representatives were very nice. The facility was clean. The pool looked great, but the weather didn't allow me to access.

Didn’t like horrendous nachos which was a bag from a supermarket on a plate with squirty red and white goo for 15 dollar. Do not buy from bar menu. Garlic prawns were just as bad! Drinks prices bad. Dated interior. Huge area on ground floor with nothing and reception squeezed in a corner.

Close to everything and beach. Room was satisfactory on 7th floor! Easy checkin with staff really nice.

Staff was great. Room service fast and good food, little pricey. Tv screen was broken but still usable. Last minute switched to ADA unit which was fine besides the shower getting most of the bathroom wet. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. Nice lobby area and spacious balcony.
