When I arrived there they could not find my booking and when they looked on booking.com they said that they weren't aware of my booking and gave the room I prepaid for a kitchenette that they have given to someone else and had none left and offered no refund or was not offering any other options so I said that I would take a room without a kitchenette but was not happy with the situation

Loved the location and also the view from the balcony was awesome the beds were comfortable and also no bugs in sight and walking distance to every thing

The rooms were not very clean and the bathroom were very run down . The tub was peeling , the knobs were falling off the tub, water would go from hot to cold with in 2 minutes

No one was never at the front desk and finally when they were in , we asked for wash clothes bc we had hella towels and they told us they didn’t have any bc of ppl not returning them so we had to go and buy our own and parking was crazy as heck bc everyone would park at the hotel to go in Sharkey’s Restaurant so we had to park way across the street or keep riding around until someone left which I hated especially with small kids . Also housekeeping was rude and lazy as heck they didn’t wanna clean the rooms if you didn’t let them know the day before but unfortunately you couldn’t bc no one was never at the front desk to tell and then we asked for a broom and mop to at least clean the floors and they didn’t even want us to use that 🤦🏾‍♀️all they did were stand by the hallway running their mouth and doing absolutely nothing! They also didn’t have any ice bins but did have an ice machine that you had to pay almost $5 for a bag which was crazy to me! Also the mini fridge didn’t have any racks or anything to hold the milk or juice and it was dirty and we were basically told they couldn’t replace it 🤷🏽‍♀️ we didn’t have but one small trash can so we had to go buy bigger bags to hold trash , I can go on and on but I’ll stop here !

Facilities were really horrible, the place needs be updated bad, fridge wasn’t working and learned that first morning when food wasn’t keeping so I had go ahead and cook everything before it spoil, reeks of marijuana, I left day early because of this.

Too many disturbances and the parking area. There was someone’s underwear left on the balcony when we came in, and the balcony door was not very good. The door knob was about to fall off. Did not like how there was nobody there overnight to watch over the premises.

- Our bed sheets had patches of dried up blood.. what seemed to be period blood. They were tucked into the bed so we didn’t notice until we went to bed. - Outside chairs were broken. -

The door to the room was warped and I had to push hard to get in and the door to the balcony had a door knob that was barely hanging on. Also they canceled my reservation the morning I was supposed to check in even though I had chosen to pay at the property and they charged me more to get a different room.

I liked that the location was right on the beach.

It is an old property and the inside of the rooms really shows that. The parking is the worst I've seen. It shares parking with the bar restaurant next door good luck with not having a dent or scratch on your vehicle.

So many ants in the room, no room cleaning unless requested things weren’t in the room on arrival like towels toilet paper remote was broken and our door didn’t even shut all the way.
