Should have been told about the hurricane damage from last year. Studio should have had a cup towel for drying dishes, more and better cutlery and a box of facial tissues. A few small things that should have helped.

Ocean view from 2 foot balcony. Bathroom fan didn't work and there wasn't a fan in the room. Beach furniture was not as pictured. Resort was basically a hotel as all of the facilities weren't available and even the bar was only open a few hours a day. Family member paid $50 less a day for same type room.

Even though the balcony was small at least you could stand out for a few minutes. Access though restricted by resort means was only a short walk.

The Appartment complex is very big and not really well maintained. Thefloor was dirty. A garbage bag stand in front of another room more than 4 days. Pool area was not usable. U need a car to go to downtown but there are restaurants opposite of the complex.

Clean and spacious studio in the northern part of Daytona. The room was quiet. It ist Well equipped and the details are chosen with love. We felt comfortable and cozy. Parking was easy and right next to the building. Ideal spot for some beach days or to take short trips to other spots on the Atlantic coast.

There was not sufficient parking spaces available for the amount of guests. We had to park in the shopping plaza across the street. The other option was public parking a mile away that you had to pay for and get a taxi ride back or walk.

It was a busy week to be at the beach. The facility was full of families which made the elevator situation a pain & the PARKING is just about unacceptable. Once they get their garage back open I'm sure things will be fine.

The host Racheal was amazing. The condo had everything you needed to cook, set up camp on the beach & in great proximity to anything else one would need.

The resort had many issues. This was no fault of the owners. The restaurants were not open much. The staff was poorly trained at the front desk. We got lucky and found someone who knew what they were doing. Seems like there was some organizational changes going on which put a lot of stress on condo owners. It could be a perfect vacation if the resort gets it together. I would definitely go again because the location is amazing and it has potential.

The room was very nice. The owners are helpful and provide everything needed for a stress free stay with extras. Very comfortable and clean with great view. Quiet room at the end of the hallway. The ocean comes right up to the pool area. Indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, and a sauna. I loved the room.

Only negative comment is that we would have liked to have had the use of a small safe for our personal items such as Passports, driving license, money etc.

Location was excellent with Public , restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Bedsit was compact but comfortable. Complex WiF was excellent. Owner works hard to maintain a quality value property. The owner was readily available to address any issues. A welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch

when we tried to check in the staff wasn’t helpful didn’t answer any questions and didn’t tell us anything, where to take trash,that we could get pool towels everything was from other guests,plus other people had pets but it said no pets allowed,I would have brought my little shituz with me

The room is a bit smaller than we anticipated but we brought a lot of luggage for 2 and the place was sufficient for our 4 day stay. The sheets and mattress topper did not fit the bed very well and would come off often. One of the kitchen chairs was lopsided and dangerous to sit all the way back in. While we were there the fire alarm went off at 3am which was less than ideal.

The owner was very accessible for communication. The ocean view was very nice. We were able to see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the land. The resort had 3 very nice pools with a view of the ocean (2 outside and one inside with a hot tub). The beach was a accessible just past the pool. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans as well as paper towels. The bathroom was spacious and towels plentiful. The location was right across the street from a Publix and other shops which was convenient.

The entrance to the room was a key lock system. It had a number pad also. I was not familiar with the key lock system. I f not for 2 ladies who worked there i would not have got into the room. The people at the desk were un willing to try to help. Not cool. Wish I knew the 2 young ladies names who went above and beyond, they deserve recognition

The third night of our stay a rather 'rowdy' group stayed in the room next to ours. Luckily they decided to take the party to somewhere more fun after about an hour.

I liked being at the end of the hallway where it was quieter. Also , the stairwell was two doors away from us (we like to get in a little extra exercise). The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants.
